I stayed and found the location excellent — very close to Erqi Square and surrounded by plenty of food options. The room was spacious and seemed recently renovated, which made it quite comfortable. However, there was no minibar in the room, and communication with the staff was challenging since they did not speak English. One area that needs improvement is the breakfast. There were very few options available, and it was difficult to find something suitable to eat. Additionally, only chopsticks and spoons were provided, which might be inconvenient for those not comfortable using chopsticks. Although communication was a bit difficult, the staff had a helpful attitude. Due to the hotel's proximity to the main road, noise could be heard inside the room, but it didn’t affect my sleep. Overall, it's a good choice for its great location and comfortable rooms, but there is room for improvement in breakfast service and communication.

Small welcome gift pack provided upon check in. However quite disappointed with the room: room is small and dark, looks like just renovated but can see the facilities are old with some malfunction power sockets. The bathroom wall is still wet. Wifi connection not stable, I have to use my mobile data. Location wise surrounding of this hotel is not foreign friendly. There isn’t obvious hotel main entrance but have to walk about 300m from the roadside, not easy for taxi to locate the hotel especially first time visitor. Also bear in mind that it is located near the famous 27 tower which will strike at the top of every hour, can be heard clearly from the hotel room.

It's very close to the Erqi Square, Erqi Tower, and Erqi Memorial Hall; you can see the tower just by standing by the window! Exit A of Light Rail Line 1 and Line 3, walk around Suning.com and the hotel is right behind you—it's incredibly convenient!

The two receptionists were very friendly and provided excellent service, recommending nearby restaurants. The rooms were clean, and the location is in the city center, right next to the Erqi Tower and Asia Plaza, with tons of places to eat.

The hotel's location is excellent, though the main entrance is a little hard to find. It's just a few minutes' walk to 27 Square, making it very convenient for finding restaurants and taking the subway. The rooms are clean and have a great view of 27 Square. It's great value for money. I would stay here again if I had the chance to visit. I would also recommend it to friends. If I had to point out a downside, it's that the heating isn't manually controlled; it's all centrally controlled. It gets so hot at night that I have to turn it off and open the windows for ventilation. The staff were also good.

I had some urgent business to attend to near Zhengzhou Railway Station and booked two rooms. The location was decent, near Erqi Tower. The hotel is quite old; although it's called an international hotel, the lobby is in a small alley and the facilities are just standard hotel amenities. That wasn't the most important issue, though. The hygiene was truly appalling. The first room I checked into had an extremely foul odor, and the other had urine stains on the toilet seat. After explaining the situation to the front desk, I was given a different room, but the toilet was even dirtier (third picture). There were fecal stains on the toilet bowl. It was unbelievable. Since it was almost 11 pm when I arrived at the hotel, and I needed to check in my elderly relative and run errands, I had to make do for one night. This was the worst hotel experience I've had recently!

The hotel reception staff were very welcoming. The rooms had great views, and the location was convenient.

The room was very clean, spacious and bright, and the front desk service was very attentive. There was no late fee for check-out after noon. The invoicing person, Xiao Wang, provided good service. He issued an invoice as soon as possible after contacting us. The service was very heartwarming! Outside the window is the Erqi Tower, and the night view is beautiful! Highly recommended 🍎
