酒店位於高新區，周邊有萬達，正弘會，陶小胖超市，購物非常方便。早餐品種比較可口，但是咖啡換成黑咖啡會很好。前台也很專業，熱情。

第一，服務態度特別差。不解決問題也不處理問題，作為維爾納這麼大一個連鎖酒店，我相信總部的領導以及酒店老闆看了，心裏是怎麼想的？會砸了這個品牌的招牌以及口碑，
第二，酒店裡麪沒有暖氣，更離譜的是酒店裡麪還沒有熱水，熱水的温度衹有30多度，當時鄭州的天氣衹有八九度，更氣的是酒店還沒有WIFI時不時斷線，跟工作人員反饋説人多，沒辦法，酒店裡麪沒有暖氣，工作人員説鄭州全部沒有暖氣，真的是超級無語，
第三，個問題就是酒店裡麪的工作人員服務態度差，反饋的問題根本沒人理，沒人去管
第四，前來入住的朋友們慎重考慮，這邊打車也是很難打的，滴滴基本上都不來，這個位置特別偏，過來入住的朋友們，請你們考慮一下，再過來酒店服務差位置偏不好打車
第五，早餐特別差。一位早餐38塊錢，早餐又難吃，品種又少又鹹，酒店環境特別差，大家可以看圖片
