Hilton Zhengzhou

I want to highlight the excellent service from the staff. There was an issue with the reading light in my room, and they were very proactive in resolving it, offering to either switch rooms or repair it. Their attitude was very positive and diligent. The breakfast was good, and the evening view of the 'Big Corn' building from the executive lounge was fantastic.

I'm very satisfied with the room and especially with the service attitude of this hotel. Xiao Lü from the concierge team was particularly patient and provided excellent service. The staff at the 37th-floor bar lounge and the cleaning auntie who tidies the rooms also have great service attitudes. Thank you, everyone. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm on a business trip in Zhengzhou.

For my second stop in Henan, Zhengzhou, I chose the Zhengzhou Hilton Hotel. It's a higher-end hotel, but there was no one to help with luggage upon arrival. The room was very clean, and the surrounding area is quite bustling. There are restaurants right behind the hotel, and while there's an underground parking lot, charging stations are scarce. The hotel lobby also has a dessert shop, which is very convenient for chatting and relaxing!

Centrally located with convenient transportation, it's close to both the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center and Erqi Square. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the mattress is incredibly comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly, and check-in was smooth. The self-service breakfast offers a wide variety, including the local specialty, spicy soup (huladahu). The gym and pool facilities are excellent! The dinner buffet also has a rich selection and is reasonably priced. Very satisfied!

Hilton Zhengzhou is usually my go-to choice when I'm in the city. I've tried other hotels occasionally, but for value for money and overall hotel quality, I always come back here. The underground parking has a decent number of spaces, and from the window, you can see the 'Big Corn' skyscraper lit up at night.

The hotel is located on Jinshui Road, a main thoroughfare in Zhengzhou, and it's pretty standard. However, the underground parking is extremely unconventional, requiring multiple 360-degree turns to maneuver. Is this a Henan specialty, perhaps?

The world has never been gentle, but luckily, I have you. Clean and tidy, it instills a sense of trust and peace of mind. It was quite late when I arrived, and there were still many people checking in. It's a very iconic hotel.

The intern at the front desk took forever to check me in. I had originally booked a room with breakfast, but the intern told me there was none. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for her to confirm it.
