Jinjiang Inn Selected (Zhenjiang Xijindu Daxi Road) Reviews

This hotel is in the older part of the city and the hotel building is rather old, but the location is excellent being close to major attractions of the city. It is also close to the old railway station. The hotel room is not big, but everything works well making a short stay very comfortable. The hotel staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic but included food from every category. All in all, an excellent hotel for a short stay.

The experience was good of the hotel room, the price is reasonable and the room is clean and spacious. The location of hotel is also at the good place near the xijin ferry and city down town.

Hotel was okay, but we didn’t have the window, and lights were not to bright. We were staying just 1 night, but if you wanna stay for long term, check the room with windows :) it was not too far from the railway station, and closed to the place have a lot of places that you can visit

Members of staff at the hotel, including receptionists, are very nice and friendly, welcoming my arrival, greetings 'Hello' every time with big smile on their face. My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. HOWEVER, there is only one small problem. When you book a room, please check very carefully if the room you are booking has a window or not. On the Trip.com site, it says; 'Has a window' 'Partially has a window' 'A fixed window' or something like this. Not only see some photos of the rooms on the website, but also carefully check if the room you are booking surely has a window or not. When I checked-in, I was told that my room had NO window. It was O.K. if you were in your room only to sleep, because the room is large enough, clean enough and comfortable enough. Nothing is wrong with the room itself at all. However, I found on the following morning that I could not see how the weather was like until I actually went outside, because I could not see outside from the window.

Good hotel in good location. And it is quiet facing community zone.

The air conditioning unit was old and a bit difficult to operate.

Good service overall. Nice and friendly receptionists at checkin.

The hotel is located in the old city of Zhenjiang, with a great location. It's less than 800 meters from Changjiang Road, Xijindu, and Zhenjiang Museum! There are parking spaces in front of the hotel. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the place is clean and hygienic. However, the facilities are up to standard but a bit old, so the price-performance ratio is just average.

We stayed another day. It was very convenient to get to and from Jiaoshan. Afterwards, we went to Beigushan and Ganlu Temple. Thanks to a good rest at the hotel, we were full of energy throughout the trip and had a pleasant journey.

Don't buy breakfast from them, the service attitude is terrible. There was no one there, and I shouted for a long time. The person was super impatient. I was really convinced. That's all. When I asked for noodles, I asked for onions. I asked for a long time, and the person just put them. They retaliated when I asked you to make noodles. What kind of service industry is this? I ate two bites and found that there were bugs in the noodles. It was really scary. Don't buy breakfast coupons specifically.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-ventilated. The facilities were new, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
