The butler service was very thoughtful. Soon after booking, the butler proactively contacted me on WeChat. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, actively introducing the hotel's services. During my stay, the butler was responsive and promptly replied to messages, providing relevant services and facilities. The best part is the unlimited shuttle service to the scenic area, which is only about 1 km away, making it very convenient. The breakfast selection was also extensive. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come again if I have the chance!

This trip was with my family~ 1. The hotel has a fantastic design aesthetic, with excellent taste evident from the lobby and corridors all the way to the rooms. 2. The butler service was very attentive. They offered a shuttle service to tourist attractions and carefully discussed breakfast menus and dietary restrictions with us. 3. The hotel's lounge is excellent, and each room also received complimentary drink vouchers. The coffee was rich and aromatic, the yuzu tea was delicious, and there was a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. 4. The room facilities were great, including an automatic toilet and smart home features throughout. The courtyard was also beautifully maintained, and we even got a room upgrade! In the morning, as soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted by a lush green view! Overall, the experience was superb! It completely exceeded our expectations!!

Excellent, super satisfied, truly great and highly recommended! The butler service was incredibly attentive. There was afternoon tea and breakfast; even when we didn't wake up for breakfast, they offered a light meal. The hospitality was also wonderful, and they provided a dedicated car service to take us to the scenic spots. It was fantastic! We had a great time.

Breakfast: For a room that costs over 900 a night, there isn't even a buffet breakfast. The chicken noodle soup was just plain water. Cleanliness: Poor. They didn't even bother to clean the hair off the floor when tidying the room. Room Maintenance: The shower was moldy, and there were small flying insects on the walls.

The hotel is very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall and offers a shuttle service to the scenic spot anytime. The overall design is impressive, and the room facilities are quite smart. They also provide laundry service and free, no-gimmick travel photography. Highly recommended!

The hotel is less than a 10-minute drive from the scenic area's first visitor center. We drove to the hotel's private parking lot 🅿️ and were pleasantly surprised to find car wash service – so thoughtful! The room was a Loft, and the soaking tub on the first floor was incredibly relaxing, especially after soaking for 20 minutes in the evening, it really helped with fatigue. Upstairs, there were two independent bedrooms separated by a bathroom, which is perfect for those traveling with elderly family members. I highly recommend the hotel's hotpot set meal for 218 yuan. It comes with meat and vegetables, and both the clear broth and the sour soup were delicious – we practically licked the plates clean!

The butler will contact you by phone in advance to set up a group chat, which is quite convenient for any requests. We received complimentary coffee vouchers and breakfast daily. There's a shuttle service to tourist attractions, and even a parting gift upon check-out, which was a very thoughtful touch.

Seriously, I have to give this a great review! The service was excellent, with a dedicated shuttle to Huangguoshu Waterfall and even a butler service. My kids absolutely loved the sour soup beef we had at the hotel. There's also a small playground at the hotel that's perfect for children. The hotel itself has a very stylish design. It's probably one of the best hotels near Huangguoshu Waterfall.
