Mengqi Xiaozhu Inn

It's a row of shophouses located by the river in the old town area. It's quite difficult to access (cars can't reach the front of the building; you have to walk down stone steps on a rough, stone-paved walkway). The rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building. It's not suitable for those traveling with large luggage. The hotel sign is entirely in Chinese... so those who can't read Chinese will need to ask for directions.

Beautiful room with a river view, great decor, the room is very warm and inviting. It was very cold when we arrived so we spent a lot of time in the room and it was wonderful, amazing view and balcony.

The room we had selected was in building A, but there was construction going on right next door. We were offered a different room and got one with a terrace and a magnificent view facing building C. It was charming, all wood, and the view was breathtaking. The bed was also very comfortable, though low for those who might mind that.

Booked 2 rooms in total, one with river view and one with lane view. If it is during the long holiday, I personally recommend that young people can stay in the river view room and the elderly can stay in the lane view room. The river view room is mainly for the night view. It must be praised. However, there are still people eating at 12 o'clock in the evening. On the 2nd night, we met a table that ate until 4 o'clock in the morning, which really affected the rest. The room is close to the river and the bedding is damp, but the boss is very good. They have their own canteen and the food is also very good. Our other lane is quieter. In the morning, you can hear the pheasants in the mountains. Overall, I still recommend everyone to go to this one. The night view is really beautiful. The parking boss recommended the third primary school, which is relatively close and the price is cheap.
