Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff! They kindly drove us to the entrance of Miao Village, which was very convenient. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered great service for the price. We had a little trouble communicating through WeChat because of the translation, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were very patient, supportive, and quick to help whenever we needed them. One thing to keep in mind: it can be difficult to book a Didi in this area, so you may need to take a bus or a traditional taxi to get around. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very helpful with transportation. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend this hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room was as advertised. Comfortable bed, spacious and clean. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had a great view of the river and the bridge. The only issue was that the shower door couldn't close properly (I think it wasn't installed correctly) but it wasn't a big problem because the shower area was big enough to contain the splashing. The staff were friendly and helpful despite my limited Chinese. They made an effort using a translation app to be sure they understood what we needed and helped us book a taxi to the train station.

Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town. The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors! Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan.
