The room was spacious and clean, with clean bedding and a comfortable mattress. The service was attentive and warm. Two young ladies served with smiles and enthusiasm. They kindly upgraded our room and introduced routes and activities for nearby attractions. They resolved issues promptly, providing heartwarming service. The service staff were also very professional and hardworking. There is a spacious, private parking lot, about 50 meters from the hotel. Recommended for those driving.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. The perfect hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. You can also take a stroll by the lake before bed. A solid 5!

位置不錯，步行到鼓樓廣場和風雨橋都很近，下樓購物吃東西也很方便，有自己的停車場，房間寬敞舒適、乾淨，前台服務熱情周到，耐心介紹了芷江的景點和特產，並送上當地的特色小吃，還主動為我升級了房型，特別暖心，非常滿意！

酒店很乾凈，沒有人喊，很安靜。 而且幾乎沒有出租車，交通不便，在酒店職員的幫助下，我安全地回來了。 非常感謝。

位置在路邊距離江邊和風雨橋很近，離汽車站也近方便回懷化，班車半小時一班比高鐵方便。酒店裝修簡約大方，設備好用WIFI快喜歡，前台熱情，走時看我們拿一堆東西還送方便袋還送了水太暖心了，芷江乾淨漂亮人民熱情好客，贊

離鼓樓廣場400米，離風雨橋也很近。芷江這座城市，乾淨是給我最深的印象，這家酒店服務態度很好，房間也乾淨整潔。住在這裏很滿意。

房間大小適中，門前可以停車但車位比較緊張，前台服務熱情，總能幫你找到車位。周邊是美食街吃飯比較方便。

房間裝修很現代化，乾淨大氣，馬桶是智能化的。服務員的態度非常好，真正詮釋了微笑服務。
