Rezen Hotel (Zhongshan Pharmaceutical University Branch)

The service was incredibly thoughtful, and check-in was super quick. The staff member was very prompt in resolving any issues, which made me feel very welcome. The bed was comfortable, and the room environment was excellent. I particularly liked the balcony which provided great natural light, and it came with a table. It was also very quiet, conveniently located close to the commercial street, and offered free parking. A truly great hotel!

There was construction noise next to the hotel during my stay, starting around 7 or 8 am, which somewhat affected my rest. There weren't many restaurants nearby, and it took quite a while for food to be delivered. The hotel room was nicely decorated, but the cleanliness wasn't good; the sofa had stains and seemed uncleaned. I was surprised that construction workers came into the room to do minor repairs. The shower gel in the bathroom was empty; I had to call the front desk to have it delivered.
