HUALUXE Zhongshan City Center

My first experience with the hotel's overall ambiance, food, and service was quite pleasant. The lunch at the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor could use some improvement in terms of food quality and service. The afternoon tea on the 47th floor offers stunning high-altitude views overlooking a large part of Shiqi District. The service attitude was genuinely great; the staff were all very gentle and attentive. Special shout-outs to Galaxy and Tina! The room was quite tidy, and I particularly liked the color scheme. The floor-to-ceiling windows provided a great experience; I can imagine it would be wonderful to enjoy a drink while listening to music at night. The double mirrors in the bathroom are super convenient for anyone applying makeup. The only minor drawback was the pillows, but that might just be a personal preference, haha. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. It's very convenient for dining and getting around. Thumbs up!

The Western restaurant and front desk service were excellent, especially Tina and Tiffany at the front desk. They were very attentive in arranging my room and even helped me book a buffet at the Western restaurant. I had a wonderful stay. There's a shopping mall downstairs, and parking is free. Lots of dining and entertainment options. I'll definitely come back again!

I'd especially like to commend Lyra, Tiffany, and June at the front desk; their attitude during check-in and check-out was incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious, the location was convenient, and the staff member Tiffany provided excellent service. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food. First, let's talk about the location—it's incredibly convenient. It's right by the Perfect Golden Eagle Plaza, and downstairs, you'll find MixC, offering a complete range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, making arrivals super smooth whether you're driving or taking the train. Getting around for business or sightseeing is completely stress-free. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was blown away by the cloud-level views from the 47th floor. The metallic 'Drunken Dragon' art installation is particularly impressive and grand. I absolutely have to give a shout-out to Emily at the front desk! She was incredibly kind and efficient during check-in, and she thoughtfully explained all the member benefits to me. She was smiling the whole time, spoke softly, and even walked me to the elevator when I left. Her warm and friendly service really made me feel good. The room itself was also a huge surprise. It was incredibly spacious, with no feeling of being cramped at all. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered unbeatable views, allowing me to enjoy Shiqi's city skyline right from my bed. The room's decor had a strong Lingnan flavor. All in all, this hotel is both beautiful and substantial. I will definitely book this place again on my next visit to Zhongshan!

The guest room design is incredibly thoughtful. The elegant off-white walls are like a canvas, subtly accented with shades of green in the soft furnishings. The bed's headboard features a discreet dragon scale pattern, echoing the 'drunken dragon' in the lobby. It perfectly blends Lingnan landscape and intangible cultural heritage elements with the comfort of modern travel. Hualuxe Ambassador Emily was very helpful during check-in, explaining the hotel's exclusive benefits and facilities. I started my mornings at Xian Yan All Day Dining, enjoying authentic pork offal congee and freshly made omelets while overlooking the city skyline – a great way to kick off the day. If you're looking for a place in Zhongshan that offers both cultural depth and a cloud-level view, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended!
