Everything is fine except the 110/220v power outlet didn't work. Front desk said all rooms are like that. They don't provide power in the bathroom. Other than that issue, everything else is almost perfect. Room is clean. Breakfast is delicious. Price is right.

Generally clean and quiet place. Free DIY laundry services but hope that dryers can be of commercial grade for faster drying. No frills, same experience of every Vienna hotel

This was terrible. The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; it was so hot I couldn't sleep, so I checked into the hotel next door that night. The service there was awful; they didn't reply to messages and didn't solve any problems. Avoid this hotel altogether! The service is bad, the facilities are poor, and it's very old.
