The female staff member was very professional. She provided excellent service. On a hot afternoon, she kindly gave us two bottles of water when we left. Furthermore, she upgraded our room without us even asking, which many hotels wouldn’t do, even during the off-season. The room was spotlessly clean, though the bed was a little too soft for my preference. The location was also very convenient, with numerous restaurants and shops nearby. A large shopping mall was only about a 7-min walk away. Overall, I will definitely return on my next visit.

The room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The layout was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Since I used a lot of water, the front desk was very patient in bringing more. It was a great experience, and the room also had a mini-fridge and a safe. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

It's a good quality hotel in Zhongshan. They offer a breakfast and it's worth to try because it provides some Japanese food and the choices of food are more than other. As compared in quality, service and food, I think it is high cost performance.
