We are pleased that you appreciated the exquisite details of the corridor; however, the curry odor in the room, the delayed check-in, and the breakfast issue did expose a gap in our service coordination, for which we sincerely apologize. Regarding the curry odor, we have investigated and confirmed that it was caused by leftover food scraps from a previous guest that were not properly ventilated. We have now activated the ozone deodorizer and replaced the cleaning agent with an odorless and environmentally friendly one. The delayed check-in until 4:00 PM was due to unforeseen circumstances for the previous guest and the deep cleaning taking longer than expected. We have added two extra housekeepers and optimized the shift schedule, promising to ensure delivery before check-in during peak season. For breakfast, we have changed to noodle soup and added more fruit options. The highlights of Parkview are: ample free parking, a cup of freshly brewed coffee to take home upon departure, and a mini washing machine in each room for extended stays. If you wish to return next time, we will reserve a deodorized high-floor room in advance, and offer a complimentary upgraded breakfast for two and delayed check-out. Your criticism is our guiding light for improving our services; we look forward to witnessing our changes.
