The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. I booked a Sunday night stay, and they allowed me to check out late at 3 PM the next day, which was a weekday. It's also close to the pedestrian street. Overall, it was a good experience.

The air conditioning in the hotel was great, keeping the room nice and cool, which made for a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and hygienic. Breakfast was available at a discounted price of 30 RMB per person, and it was quite tasty, especially the freshly ground coffee which was very aromatic. The auntie in the restaurant was also very warm and friendly; she proactively asked my mother if she needed help when she saw she had difficulty moving around. Thumbs up to the hotel! The room is spacious and well-equipped. The front desk service was excellent. There's a free laundry room, and you can even borrow large umbrellas. The breakfast was a bit simple. It's right next to a shopping center, so it's convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

The room was spacious with a large table, perfect for dining. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and there were USB plugs by the bed. The elevator required a room card for access, which felt very secure. Plus, they had a food delivery robot, which was super convenient!

Had a fantastic experience! We were given a newly renovated room, and all the fixtures and facilities were brand new. The hotel's location in a commercial district was perfect; in the hot summer, we didn't have to worry about going out in the sun, as there were plenty of restaurants and shops right downstairs. If we didn't feel like going out, we could even order takeout, and a robot would deliver it! In the evenings, the area downstairs was bustling and brightly lit, perfect for a stroll. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was also great; it cost 30 RMB at the front desk. When they saw I had a child with me, they kindly offered a free kids' breakfast. The service was incredibly thoughtful and personalized. My child was thrilled! We'd definitely come back here again if we have the chance.

My top choice every time! The hotel is clean and comfortable, located right above a shopping mall, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the front desk and restaurant staff are all warm and attentive. Highly recommend!

The service was great, and the room was quiet. I also really liked the robot delivery service for food, so I didn't have to go down and pick up my takeaways myself. Highly recommend for business trips!

The service attitude of all staff at this hotel was incredibly warm and friendly. I tried their breakfast, and while the variety wasn't extensive, the taste was absolutely superb. Especially during breakfast, the restaurant staff greeted everyone with a smile, with 'Good morning' echoing constantly. The dining atmosphere was truly exceptional; it wasn't a stiff, reluctant, superficial kind of 'good' service. Instead, it was a genuine attitude stemming from a desire to provide satisfactory service to all guests, and their actions consistently reflected this. This created a very healthy and comfortable dining environment for everyone, which is truly impressive. The hotel's facilities are a bit older but are very well-maintained, and the rooms appear to have been renovated. The surrounding area is very vibrant. I invited my family to stay here for the first time, and they were very satisfied.
