Great support and location. Easy to stay there and explore. Daily cleaning service. It was disappointing that the outdoor pool was closed/empty, and that this was not mentioned prior to making the initial booking. Still, it was ok as I used the neighbouring hotel’s (The Hilton’s) pool, sauna and steam room for 100 rmb. It was good to have washing machine and WiFi. A microwave and ironing board would be beneficial additions.

Good size room. The only issue is the elevator which sometimes took as long as 6 minutes to get on.

Good location, convenient transportation, a large shopping mall and pedestrian street are just down the street. The hotel room is large, overlooking the street view, and has a kitchen and refrigerator. However, the toilet hygiene needs to be improved.

1) After entering the house, I smelled a sour smell, which turned out to be from the quilt and sofa. 2) The hygiene in the house is not good. There are greasy stains all over the top and back of the range hood, which is very horrible. The dishes in the kitchen cabinet are covered with dust. Open the door to the living terrace and the smell comes rushing in. 3) There are 3 air conditioners in the house. Except for the one in the living room which is working normally, the other 2 in the room can only produce weak wind. It was very hot and stuffy all night and I couldn't sleep all night. 4) The TV in the room was also broken. 5) The reflective film on the terrace door is pasted upside down, so people on the opposite floor can see clearly which room they are in at night. 6) There are exposed electrical wires in the toilet, and the wires connected to the exhaust fan are simply wrapped with electrical tape. If they get wet accidentally, there may be an accidental electric leakage. 7) It has USB plugs supplied, but you need to bring your own. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. I saw them both nights. Although I know that low-priced apartments have poor hygiene

We arrived around 11pm and had a hard time finding the place. However, after I made a phone call, the boss came over quickly and was very friendly. I then asked him to help store my luggage and the service was also very good. In Zhongshan, transportation is convenient. You can basically get a taxi by going downstairs at any time, which is very important to me. The room is clean and has a kitchen. Next time if my family travels, I will also consider this hotel.
