The room Sunmer arranged for us was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay. The kids absolutely loved the amusement facilities in the plaza next to the hotel. It was a bit cold these past few days, so the hotel should really have had heating on in the evenings. Overall, it was pretty good.

Great location, but the hotel itself is a bit dated. The facilities aren't as new as some other hotels. However, the service is absolutely top-notch! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and kind to my kids. We even received a welcome gift upon check-in – some delicious small cookies from Macau's famous Koi Kei Bakery, which my children loved. The 6th-floor indoor heated pool is a nice bonus, though the changing rooms were a bit messy. Not a big deal since we could just go back to our room to change. There are plenty of dining options nearby, so no need to stick to the hotel breakfast. The dim sum at the 55th-floor restaurant is excellent. While it's a bit far from the popular internet-famous spots, the surrounding area is perfect for a leisurely stroll, with lots of charming little shops and cafes for afternoon tea. It has a chic, boutique vibe. Five-star recommendation!

The room was incredibly spacious and much cleaner than I expected. Xiao at the front desk was very friendly and made check-in a breeze. I accidentally left some clothes behind, and Donnie and Jason were a great help in getting them back to me. Many thanks!

My stay at the Hilton Zhongshan Livcon was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is fantastic, with direct access to a shopping area and popular attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the service was professional and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the amazing high-floor views and the excellent dining options. The highlight for me was the surprise discovery of the Harmony & Prosperity Chinese Restaurant on the 5th floor. Their Cantonese dim sum is made to order and steamed fresh, offering an authentic taste that I highly recommend!

The hotel's location is super convenient with a commercial street and mall right downstairs. The cleanliness was decent, and the room didn't have much of a musty smell. For breakfast, there seemed to be a lot of options, but in reality, there wasn't much worth eating. The windows in the building, which are probably low quality, were mostly broken and drafty, and they were shoddily sealed with black silicone – quite a slipshod fix. They did, however, move me to a different room because of the drafty window, so their service awareness is pretty good.

Absolutely terrible hotel, the hygiene was unbelievably bad. You have to see it to believe it. I woke up sweating over a dozen times in the middle of the night, and the water pressure was awful. The only good thing was the duty manager and the front desk staff – they were very friendly and always smiling. However, the bellhops and some other staff were really rude, especially the bellhop who was constantly on his phone. He didn't even bother to help with luggage or smile when he saw guests; instead, he rolled his eyes! Extremely disappointing, avoid at all costs.

Stayed for three days. The front desk staff were lovely and provided attentive service without being overly effusive. The room was quiet and clean, and breakfast was plentiful. They pay attention to the details, and I'd definitely want to come back.

We received a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room. The hotel's location is excellent. We accidentally left behind a gold bracelet and a valuable gemstone ring. A hotel staff member found them and handed them over to the front desk for safekeeping. I only realized they were missing a day later when I was at a hotel in Zhuhai. When I called the hotel's front desk, they confirmed the items were safe and sound. I suggested to the hotel management that they should promptly call guests to notify them of lost items. Today, I took a taxi back to the hotel in Zhongshan to retrieve them. Ally, the duty manager, accepted my suggestion with sincere and honest demeanor, agreeing that guests should be informed immediately. They even reimbursed my taxi fare for the round trip.

Facilities: Fully equipped with both hardware and software. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: Located in the city center, the lobby features a very tall and large Christmas tree, exuding a full festive atmosphere. There are buses to nearby cities, which is very convenient. There's also a shuttle bus to the China-Hong Kong border. Service: Enthusiastic, proactive, professional, and efficient. The concierge staff, especially Donnoe, is familiar with the surrounding area and is polite and enthusiastic. He provided useful suggestions for my travel and recommended nearby restaurants. When I checked out, he guided me through a quick check-out process and helped me store my luggage.

This is the hotel I stayed for business only. The lady cation is simply so convenience. There is a shuttle bus that take me to the new ferry station. By the way, they changed their TV, even though I don’t watch. They are imply up grading. Wishing a success to Hilton.

The room was neat and clean. Summer was very well organized. Check-in was also quick. The hotel lobby also had a strong Christmas atmosphere. Recently, they seem to have been hosting the National Games, so there was an extra security check, but overall, it didn't affect the stay experience.

Facilities were top-notch, hygiene was excellent, the surroundings were beautiful, and transportation was convenient. The service attitude was very enthusiastic.
