This hotel offers incredible value for money! The rooms are spacious and uniquely designed – no two are alike. The bedding is comfortable, and the mattress is just right, neither too soft nor too firm. The cleanliness is excellent, and both the cleaning staff and front desk personnel are very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were both quick and seamless. There's a sightseeing elevator, a bit small, but perfectly adequate. The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from Sunwen West Road Pedestrian Street. You just go downstairs and cross the road to get there. At night, the pedestrian street has lots of artistic performances and many local food specialties, which I really enjoyed. There's also free underground parking, so it's a great choice for those traveling by car.

Location is convenient for city walks sightseeing and don’t want to stay in the traditional local hotels . We like to come back for a longer stay next time

This is one of the more unusual hotel experiences I have had. The lobby is located on its own floor and the design makes it feel as though it is open to the elements - probably due to the large windows? We stayed on the seventh floor And it shares the floor with some other business- unusual. All advertisements say there is a gym but there isn't. Bummer. The room itself is large and clean and well furnished. Unfortunately, the shower head nozzles are mostly clogged-making for a very unpleasant shower. The hand held wand water jets out of each nozzle are so fine and strong that you feel like you're being pricked by needles constantly. The overhead nozzle jets are spraying in all directions. That's my biggest complaint. Otherwise, the location is perfect for sightseeing.

I have requested non smoking room but I get a smoking room. You won’t get much help from the hotel reception because she doesn’t speak English and has no smile in any situation.
