I woke up covered in bites. When I pulled back the sheets, I saw the mattress was absolutely filthy, which was so disgusting I didn't even take a photo. It seems like they only clean the surface and never regularly clean the carpets or mattresses, leading to a lot of bacteria and parasites. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! I asked the front desk if I could check in early, and the lady at the front desk was so welcoming and even offered me a bottle of water. She let me check in 5 hours ahead of schedule! The housekeeping auntie was also incredibly kind and friendly, and the service was just top-notch. 😄😄

The room is spacious and the decor is decent. It's carpeted. Being far from the hallway, the soundproofing is good. However, because smoking is allowed, there's a strong smell of smoke in the corridors and elevators, which is very unpleasant for non-smokers. The carpet and sofa have stains. The front desk staff were really rude. The hotel facilities are old and run down, and the carpets are filthy. It's also in an inconvenient location. The hotel's cleanliness is poor; during a stayover cleaning, they lost my brand new memory card. Honestly, it's the worst hotel ever, with absolutely no service. The biggest issue is that they didn't take care of my belongings during cleaning and just lost them. Very low value for money.

This is not a suitable hotel for people travelling n from other countries. The rooms are not that great for the price charged and also the cleaning is not good

The furniture in the rooms were worn out and had patches on them. Otherwise, it was clean. No English-speaking staff at the check in counter.
