stay for 2 nights at this very new hotel from 3/24 to 3/26.
Mr.Huang and Ms.Chen are very helpful and nice.
They arrange pick-up and drop-off at the airport with SUV as per my request by phone as we are travelling with 2 big 30" heavy luggages and 1 hand carry luggage.
The hotel is about 1km away from the biggest shopping mall in Zhoushan downtown, they offer very good breakfast start at 630am for free, and some snack, coffee and bottle water for free.
A good stay and will come back for sure.

Wonderful experience from the best service team. Special thanks to 小陳 小朱 and their manager Given Zhang for all the personalised arrangements to our family trip in ZhouShan & PuTuoShan.
The professional team kept updating us our special luggage arrangements, the food choices, vegetarian and non vegetarian.
Nice vibe with extraordinarily cleanliness. Nice breakfast on the high floor zone with view.

快逃！！！
累了一天選了這家酒店入住，本來剛進去一切正常，進房間後發現洗手池堵塞，聯繫前台後讓維修師傅來看，結果是垃圾太多沒有清理導致堵塞！！！
連他們自己的維修師傅都説這垃圾也太多了，不知道多久沒有清理！！！太臟了！！！！
本來就累還半夜折騰半天換房間！！！非常不推薦！！！

性價比很高 環境也很好 停車免費 很方便。我們一家人 三間房 感謝前台的小黃 和小莫給我們協調安排到同一樓層 房間忘記拍照了 衞生也挺乾淨的 房間也蠻舒服的那種。房間有手持掛燙機很方便。 下次來舟山還住這裏。 離普陀山 烏石塘景點都不遠 位置也不錯。早餐品種也還算豐富

毫無服務意識，衹會把責任推卸到顧客身上
酒店房間設備問題機器人送東西電話不會響，所以前台的意思就是我沒有接電話他們也沒辦法。電話溝通後也沒有第一時間解決問題而是找各種理由推脱，從來沒給過任何一家酒店差評。也是開了眼了
