Fairfield by Marriott Zhoushan Putuo

This trip to Zhoushan was with a group of friends. We booked both single king rooms and standard twin rooms. The hotel is very new, and the single king rooms even offer sea views – definitely ocean-view rooms!

The room was clean and the breakfast was good! The front desk service was excellent! This was my first stay at a Marriott Fairfield Inn, and I had a great experience! Fairfield Inn will be my first choice for future travels! It offers great value for money.

Overall, my stay this time was excellent, even better than last year. The room was spacious, and the crib I requested was placed right in the middle, perfectly protecting my child from falling out of bed at night. It gave me great peace of mind traveling with a baby. The hotel's service was also very responsive; any requests were handled promptly. A special shout-out to a male staff member at the front desk, wearing glasses – I believe he's a manager. He was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I do have a few minor suggestions: First, it would be better if there were separate counters for group check-ins and individual guests, as it would improve order. The young lady who checked me in spoke quite softly, making it a bit hard to hear, which was slightly irritating at the time. Second, the laundry room only has two washer-dryer sets, which is too few, and they aren't very powerful. Also, this time I was assigned a corner room. I thought being away from the elevator would make it quieter, but the sound of the elevator running at night was quite noticeable and noisy. By the way, I suggest posting information about the free parking vouchers in the restaurant as well. Since the vouchers change daily, the path from the room to the front desk to the parking garage is quite long (and the elevators are slow). Overall, I'm still very satisfied. It's a top choice for families with children, and I'll definitely consider staying here again when I come to Zhoushan.

I paid a bit extra to upgrade the room, which was generally fine, but the location is a bit out of the way.

The hotel's location is very quiet, nestled by the mountains and the sea. Even though it was 30 degrees Celsius during the day, we slept comfortably in the room at night without needing the air conditioning. The restaurant on the 17th floor has amazing views, and the seafood noodles for breakfast were delicious! The front desk staff, Xiao Wu, was also incredibly helpful, upgrading our room on the day we arrived – so happy!

The room was spacious with good quality facilities. Our room offered a high-level view of the lake and a partial sea view. The restaurant provided a pleasant full sea view. It's also conveniently located just a short taxi ride away from Putuo Tiandi, making dining quite easy.

The room was bright, and there was plenty of hot water. Xiao Wu provided excellent service, very satisfied!

The hotel staff were very warm and attentive, especially Xiao Li who was incredibly gentle. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was bright, and the king-size bed was comfortable with a nice view, although I couldn't see the Putuoshan scenic area due to the weather. The front desk staff was very thoughtful; after learning my flight time, they kindly arranged a late check-out for me. The shower floor was quite slippery, so I'd recommend adding a non-slip mat.
