1，3月份入住該酒店當時前台各種推薦辦了張99元的早餐6次卡，告知下次入住還能免費吃，於是乎我辦了。結果這一次入住我怕不確定，特意去了前台問了該卡權益，説可以使用早餐，結果到了餐廳被工作人員拒絕（早餐卡必須是華住會渠道訂單才能使用），在我再三告訴當班工作人員，前台告知可以吃後（語氣稍強硬）當班工作人員才同意説，那你們吃吧，感覺好像我是為了白吃這頓飯一樣。我並不缺這一頓早飯，後來我就樓下買肯德基了。我試問，在我告知前台確定可以使用餐廳的情況下碰到這種情況，餐廳當班人員是否第一時間需要先和前台確認，而不是直接把客人拒之門外？其次，當初前台推銷辦卡的時候，根本就沒有盡到解釋的義務，含糊其辭説辦了卡就能免費使用6次早餐（是需要通過華住會app訂房間才行，攜程訂的都不管用），當時辦理的時候為啥不説明白呢？
2，客房保潔工作人員上午九點就直接刷卡進入房間打掃衞生，當時家人還在房間內休息。真的非常莫名其妙。我當天要退房的，為啥不等我退房搞衞生呢？
3，前台當班經理解決不了我要求退卡的問題，最後還是攜程出面解決。
4，酒店隔音是真的挺差的樓下的汽車喇叭，摩託車，關了窗户根本沒用
以後不會再訂這裏

酒店設施很新，但是服務很差，衞生堪憂。前台兩名接待人員略顯業餘不夠熟練且態度一般，很減分。房間衞生如圖所示，桌子都沒擦乾淨或者沒有擦。洗衣房寫的便簽也是形同虛設毫無作用衹能自行操作。兩台電梯都很慢，且早上高峯期的時候酒店工作人員還在佔用一台用於回收被子。總體評價一般，後來者慎重
