We booked a hotel on short notice for our road trip. The smell of rotten fish and shrimp from the seafood market downstairs was overwhelming. The double room was okay, and the receptionist was nice and had a sweet smile. However, there was a really weird step in the room; I tripped on it five times and almost fell during my one night. I don't understand how it was designed.

Cleanliness: I've heard of people boiling underwear in electric kettles, but this is the first time I've seen people throwing cigarette butts out of them. It's quite eye-opening. Service: It's like this, and they call it a chain hotel? What kind of chain hotel can be so good? I sincerely hope everyone avoids this terrible place.
