先説優點：給提供免費停車位，老闆服務態度好。缺點太多：房子老舊、很不衞生、設施很差勁、一點沒有如家酒店該有的樣子。衞生實在是太差了，馬桶臟、衞生間、房間、床、地都很臟、房間裏一直有發黴味道，不開空調根本睡不成，窗子很破舊，半夜蚊子隨便出入。電梯、樓道也很臟，特別是到處是發黴的味道。我還有點不相信是如家品質，看到平台、店裡牆上都有如家標誌。我是服氣了，舟山真是物價高又懶又破，實在無語對舟山，平台上照片和實物嚴重不符合。

酒店位置就在夜排檔邊上，離半升洞碼頭很近，開車四五分鐘，它附近有個菜場，賣海鮮的，地理位置可以。但是房間隔音太差，樓道里的聲音聽得清清楚楚，另外房間空調是奧克斯，噪聲很大，嚴重影響我睡眠，淋浴房的花灑出水淅淅瀝瀝，洗澡很受影響，自助洗衣機就一台，但是對於這個價格，可能就衹配這種設施吧，衹能説對於睡眠環境要求不高的，可以考慮
