📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]出了東門步行5分鐘就會去到海鮮排擋一條街，午飯晚飯不用愁。如果想去超市周圍步行有小超市，開車8分鐘左右有大潤發。離大青山，南沙東沙這些景點開車15分鐘左右可達。電車充電方便。

可以停車，設施齊全，環境是很不錯的，綠化多，安靜，帶家人出來短途旅行，有地方停車很方便，最怕的就是到處找車位。房間還是不錯的，衞生啊設施設備啥的都是都挺好的，不想出去吃可以在老闆家訂餐，整體性價比還是不錯的。
