The only downside was that the temperature dropped significantly that day, and the central air conditioning wouldn't turn on the heat. It was quite cold, and I didn't dare shower. I contacted the front desk, and they said they couldn't turn on the heat unless the heating was turned off. Suggestions: Further improvements should be made to the hotel's management, especially during springtime, when temperatures fluctuate. It's recommended that the air conditioning be turned on for heating. Management (or the hotel owner) should be more humane and less rigid.

I brought my child to Zhouzhi to watch the Musen Grand Stage. Since my child and I are light sleepers, I chose this hotel. The surrounding area is very quiet and the hotel environment is very good. Xiao Xie at the front desk was very enthusiastic and gave the child a small toy. It was a very satisfying stay!

Even more touching was that when I returned to the hotel that evening, Xiao Ke waited for me at the front desk and offered me a cup of warm ginger tea. She said she'd heard I sounded anxious on the phone that afternoon and was worried I might have caught a cold. I later learned that she had even changed her shift and sacrificed her own rest time to deliver the bag, yet she never once mentioned the hardship. This above-and-beyond-call attentiveness and warmth made me feel extra reassured in a strange city and left me with a lasting impression of your hotel's excellent service.
