Blue Horizon Hotel Zhucheng

I booked this room for a friend this time, and they told me that the issues I encountered previously have been rectified. I really have to commend the hotel for their efficiency in making improvements. Last time, I gave feedback that the bathroom floor was slippery and the anti-slip mat was too small. My friend reported that this time, the room was clearly equipped with a dedicated anti-slip mat and anti-slip slippers. The attention to detail is excellent, a huge thumbs up! The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose Lanhai again when I visit.

During my stay, I accidentally left some personal belongings behind. Xiao Yu, one of the staff members, found them and immediately contacted me. She even carefully helped me keep them safe. Her attitude was gentle and patient. When I checked out, she proactively reminded me of important details. Her service was thoughtful and attentive throughout, which made me feel incredibly warm. Professional and responsible, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next stay!

I asked about local transportation late at night and Xiaoyu patiently and thoroughly explained everything, even kindly pointing out things to look out for. Later, when I needed extra towels, they were delivered to my room quickly. Their responses were prompt and their service was enthusiastic, always putting the guest first. This kind of thoughtful service really made a great impression!

The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-organized, catering to a variety of needs. The cleanliness is excellent, with public areas being tidy and free of unpleasant odors. Staff members are responsive and communicate smoothly, providing overall great service.

The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The smart home features were convenient and easy to use. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, and the buffet quality was excellent and really good value for money. All the front desk personnel provided superb service and were highly professional.

The hotel and restaurant are all in one building, which is convenient. The only thing I don't understand is why the laundry room is on the B1 level of the underground parking garage. The washing machine is an unknown brand and frequently crashes. I suggest getting it repaired. Also, the gym is on B1 – what a strange design choice! The hotel is on the outer ring road, making it very convenient to get out of the city to factories. The Chinese breakfast was decent.

Xiao Qun was incredibly efficient and professional during check-in. They thoroughly explained all the hotel facilities, breakfast times, and even offered tips for getting around. The next morning, I was rushing out for an early meeting and accidentally left my laptop in the room. When I realized it after my meeting, I was frantic and immediately called the hotel. Xiao Qun informed me that housekeeping had found my laptop and they had safely stored it at the front desk. They even thoughtfully asked if I'd like them to courier it to my office! My work wasn't delayed at all. The entire stay was exceptionally comfortable, and Xiao Qun's attentiveness and responsibility truly warmed my heart. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I'm back in the area!

I stayed at the Blue Ocean Hotel with my elderly parents, and thanks to the thoughtful care from Dou Dou at the front desk, our entire check-in process was incredibly smooth and comfortable! Seeing that my parents had trouble with their legs, she proactively arranged a low-floor room close to the elevator. When we were checking in, she spoke slowly and patiently, repeatedly explaining how to use the room key card and the location of the emergency call button in the room, which made both my parents and me feel very reassured. I was in a hurry for a business trip and forgot my charger; my phone was almost dead, and I urgently needed to handle some work. Dou Dou immediately provided a spare charging cable and carefully checked my phone model to ensure compatibility, really helping me out of a tough spot. She always puts guests' needs first, offering professional and heartwarming service. Such a treasure of a front desk staff member is truly rare. I highly recommend Dou Dou and the Blue Ocean Hotel for their excellent service!
