I'm very satisfied! The lobby is on the 5th floor for check-in, and the male staff at the front desk were all very nice! They upgraded me to a deluxe king room for free, and it was on a high floor! The room wasn't brand new, but it wasn't old either, bright and clean! The pillows were great too! I even bought one from the front desk to take home when I left! This time, they also arranged welcome fruits and randomly gave me a fridge magnet. For a hotel at this price, it was excellent!

This hotel is located in the city centre of Zhuhai and convenient to access. There’s a coffee shop and convenience store just next to it. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean. I greatly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend this hotel. Also you can enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast here for a small price.

The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. The floor cleaning staff were prompt and very friendly. The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options, including a noodle station and steamed dim sum – everything you'd expect. There's also a laundry room with dryers, and the gym and kids' play area are open.

Hygiene: As always, spotless. Environment: Great location with excellent amenities. Service: Special commendation to the concierge on the ground floor for their exceptional service. Facilities: Well-equipped. The Holiday Inn brand is consistently reliable and my top choice for both business and leisure travel.

I stayed here two years ago and had a great experience, so I chose to return. However, this time it was quite disappointing. The check-in process was good; the front desk lady was very kind and patient. But that was the only positive impression; everything else was really subpar. The hotel parking lot has charging stations. I thought we wouldn't occupy the parking space during the day and would charge the car when we returned at night. However, the charging stations weren't working. After a whole day out, we spent half an hour in the parking lot trying to charge the car, but it was to no avail. Back in the room, I called to ask for two more bottles of water. The operator just said "Hello?" in a way that made me feel like I was bothering them and shouldn't have called. Then, before I could ask for a razor, they already hung up. Maybe the staff was really busy at that moment? The room's cleanliness was also a bit average; there was still a wrapper left by the previous guest in the shower....

The hotel is very luxurious, close to the seaside attractions, clean and hygienic, spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities. It's highly recommended.

The hotel's location is great, close to attractions. Aside from the outdated shower facilities, loose floor tiles, yellowed floor, and slow drain, the room being a bit small, everything else was alright!

Miya at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic. We received a free upgrade to a family room, which was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of toys and books for children. It was a hotel with a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back!

Not far from the beach, the room is spacious and relatively new. Compared to other hotels in the area, it offers great value for money. I would definitely book it again if needed. There are many restaurants within 3km, and also a duty-free mall, which is very convenient for shopping.

The Yuehai Holiday Hotel we booked this time was excellent. It was quiet and clean. I'd especially like to thank the two lovely ladies at the front desk. Seeing that we had a child with us, they kindly arranged for an extra breakfast for the child, which we really appreciate. I also want to thank the cleaning staff. Since there were three of us and we booked a twin room, we brought our own air mattress. The cleaner noticed it and even put a sheet on it for us, making it very comfortable to sleep on. My experience at Yuehai Holiday Hotel this time was wonderful. Thank you.

The hotel is not far from the beach attractions, about a ten-minute bike ride away, so the location is very convenient. The room facilities are all new, and there's even a special vanity table for women! I have to give it a good review for that! The room is also very spacious, and both the bed and sofa are very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Finally got to experience the hotel after working on the project in 2018-2019. 1. The environment is nice and the surroundings are quiet, but the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. The faucet at the sink sticks out too far, making it very inconvenient to wash your hair. 2. The mattress is comfortable, and there are two pillows of both soft and firm varieties, so I slept very well. The toilet is smart, and the lights and entertainment can be controlled by voice command (Xiao Du). The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge, but for this price point, it lacks a simple tea set. I wanted to make tea but could only use a large cup. 3. Parking is free and convenient for entry and exit, but the ramp into the garage is quite narrow on turns, so 5-meter cars need to be careful when entering. Embarrassingly, I parked on the通道 (aisle/passage) between B1 and B2, and it took me a long time to realize I had to back up, turn left, and exit, or go down to B2 and then come back up. I suggest improving the exit signs. 4. Not all lobby elevators go directly to the parking garage; it seems about half do and half don't. If you pick the wrong one, you have to go from the 5th floor down to the 1st, and then down to B1. 5. Food delivery can be brought to your door by a robot, which takes about 8 minutes and is very convenient.
