Staff very friendly and they provide power adapter and bottle opener upon request. Only room light control switch got some problem and water not hot enough in bathroom.

Clean and relatively new with good service. Convenient location.

Jay trained staff well… the young front sec/greeter paid my cab driver who didn’t hv cash! I did reimburse and tipped him at counter check. Excellent service… better than America. Excellent and carry on!! Highly recommended

nice hotel. clean and comfortable. staff helpful and friendly. especially Eason and Nino they help us a lot and even help to book taxi for us. definitely will stay here again.

hotel was good but the location was a bit far away from center .limited car parking lot

Whether it was providing thoughtful assistance or ensuring that all my needs were met with efficiency and care, Eason contributed greatly to the positive experience I had at the hotel.   Together, Vincent and Eason exemplified top-tier hospitality, making my stay not just comfortable but genuinely delightful. Their warm and welcoming approach is a testament to the hotel’s dedication to outstanding service.

Very specious room with modern Japanese TOTO toilet, good bath facility as well. The family room also comes with a tap and small pantry.
