Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Weinan University

The hotel's location is a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, with convenient transportation. The facilities are comprehensive, and it's clean, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. I accidentally left my charger when checking out, and customer service promptly contacted me with a good solution and a great attitude.

There wasn't much food near the hotel, so the front desk recommended the night market (the Xiwan Night Market is lively, with lots of cheap food). You can also order takeout, but it usually takes about 30 minutes. The taxi driver mentioned there's a police station nearby, so the area is safe. It's also very close to New Yuanming Palace, only an 8-minute drive. After visiting, you can go to Fuhuali or Jingshan Park for dinner. It's a bit far from Sun & Moon Bay and Lovers' Road. The environment is nice and very clean. The service, however, felt a bit unaccommodating. We checked in quite late, so I figured they could have upgraded our room if there were any available. Especially since they called me afterward asking for a review, which I found a bit annoying. Just a heads-up for everyone: try to avoid rooms next to the elevator (it's okay at night, but super noisy in the morning). They offer free luggage storage, and if you have a car, parking should be free. I'd suggest that unless you've left something behind, there's no need for them to call you specifically. Personally, I find it quite bothersome, and I wonder if anyone else feels the same way. It's fine if they don't ask, but once they do, it's just annoying.

I stayed at this 4-star hotel in January, and to my surprise, there was no heating! When I asked the staff, they said the entire hotel didn't have any heating supply. I guess they're trying to save electricity and money. I've stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time I've ever encountered something like this – turning off the heating to cut costs. I definitely won't be staying at a Hilton hotel again. If you're not bothered by the cold in winter, then this might be the place for you.

Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive. Cleanliness: The hygiene was very good, and the cleaning staff were very polite. Environment: The surrounding environment is nice, and it's close to everything. Service: From the front desk to customer service to the cleaning staff, everyone's service was excellent.

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Jinan University because it's the closest to Qianshan Station. Its proximity to Qianshan Intercity Station is a big plus. I really appreciate that the hotel's robots can deliver takeout directly to guests' rooms. However, I don't understand why the hotel charges a deposit. On the second day, I couldn't extend my stay because it was New Year's Day and the hotel was fully booked. Despite that, the overall service experience at the hotel was excellent.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Parking was also convenient, and Jinan University is just a 5-minute walk away.

Facilities: Good. Cleanliness: Excellent. Ambiance: Beautiful. Service: Attentive. A special shout-out to Lily for her incredibly warm and caring service. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay.
