The PATA Hotel

When visiting Haiquanwan, this hotel is definitely the top choice. It's larger and newer than the other park hotel, and very well-lit. The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part is the outdoor swimming pool, which has excellent water quality and plenty of facilities.

Booked the 2 adults and 2 children unlimited ocean hot spring family package: Great value for money, the hotel room was very spacious. The bunk beds were very comfortable for the children (suitable for kids aged 10-12, but might be a bit cramped for anyone over 170cm tall). The room also had a slide and building blocks, which the kids absolutely loved. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and the hotel service was excellent; they even helped us with laundry and drying. There's a free shuttle right outside that takes you to Mystery Island, the Petting Zoo, and the Sea Hot Spring, which is fantastic.

The surroundings are great, but the room was a bit small. The facilities were decent, but our room was incredibly damp. Even with the AC on all night, our quick-drying clothes felt clammy, and the duvet and pillows were distinctly moist. We booked the buffet dinner, and frankly, it was disappointing. Such a beautiful hotel, why can't they improve the food? However, the service, no matter which area we were in, was truly commendable, especially the reception staff at the buffet restaurant entrance who were very enthusiastic and accommodating to our requests.

The environment is great, but you have to rely on the sightseeing buggy to get anywhere, and the hotel itself is large. On weekends, it takes forever for a buggy to come, and it's always crowded. They don't add more buggies, so you could drive there in the time you spend waiting. Also, some rooms in the hotel had a musty smell. The new room they gave me was better. After I checked out, I wasn't sure if I had left my child's swimsuit there. I called the front desk to ask, and they said they'd check with customer service, but I've heard nothing back. No one has replied about whether they found it or not. They really need to train their staff better...

This place is excellent! The hotel service is great, the rooms are clean, and there's a balcony for drying clothes. They offer convenient shuttle services by electric car to the hot springs, Mystery Island, and the Pony Club, among other places. The hotel's Chinese restaurant isn't expensive, the food is delicious, and the ambiance is lovely. The Western restaurant also serves a good breakfast. The hotel's kids' club is perfect for younger children, and the pool is nice, though it seems people from outside the hotel can also use it for swimming. If you're booking a hotel package, I recommend getting one that includes the hotel buffet. Definitely avoid the package that comes with lunch at the 'Small Fish Restaurant'; the food quality isn't impressive, and the selection is very limited. The hotel buffet is much more upscale. Oh, and the performance in the hotel lobby at noon is absolutely stunning! I'd definitely visit again.

The scenery is beautiful, and there's an indoor playground for kids. We got a room upgrade from a garden view to a sea view, which was lovely. There's a Teochew Chinese restaurant on the first floor with delicious food. Overall, a five-star experience. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance.

The hotel has a great view and is right by the sea. The front desk staff, AA, provided excellent service. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Initially, I was assigned a room on the second floor of Block B, right across from the entrance parking lot. The room had a very strong odor. I requested a room change, and the room on the fourth floor had a slightly fainter smell. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite new, but the bathroom floor already shows some cracks. The staff I encountered on the way were all very enthusiastic and responsible. The hotel doesn't have many facilities, but you can utilize the scenic area's resources, which young children would likely enjoy.

I've stayed here several times now when I can't think of anywhere else to go. It's a great spot for families with kids, offering hot springs, a playground, and a petting zoo, which can easily keep you entertained for two or three days. The hotel's buffet dinner is pretty mediocre; on our second night, we opted for à la carte at another restaurant within the resort instead. The late-night noodles, however, were quite good.
