The room was great, with an expansive view. It's really convenient as it's close to Gongbei Port and Zhuhai Station. Plus, it even has a projector in the room, and the price is quite affordable. Highly recommended!

This isn't actually a hotel, but rather a private individual renting out a few rooms in an apartment building. On this floor alone, there are several guesthouses operating, not just this one. The 'front desk' is just one of the apartment rooms with its door open, which is quite unprofessional. I was really taken aback when I went to check in. There was no one around when we checked out, so we just left the room card by the 'front desk' door. A guesthouse is a guesthouse; they shouldn't falsely advertise themselves as a hotel. Everyone should be careful to verify this. I hope the platform also conducts checks and doesn't label places as hotels when they aren't.

Excellent! I got a free upgrade to a suite. The hotel's location is superb, making getting around very convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, and the bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep. The service was efficient and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the attention to detail was top-notch. It was a very pleasant stay!

Facilities: Fully equipped! The room has its own washing machine and mini-fridge, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the projector works great. Cleanliness: Very clean. Environment: The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wide view, with a distant view of Macau. Service: The service was excellent. We asked for laundry detergent and it was delivered quickly. The front desk staff were also very good.

The view was decent. However, the hotel insisted on a strict 2 PM check-in time. We arrived earlier and had to wait in a small room with only a tiny sofa, which was piled high with luggage, leaving no space to move. When we finally got into our room, we found water on the bathroom floor and no bath mat. There were large food crumbs in the sofa crevices and hair on the bedside table. The projector was completely blurry and unusable. The room door offered no soundproofing; we could hear doors opening and closing in the hallway, people talking, and children running and playing. When I brushed my teeth in the morning, I noticed toothpaste foam stains on the rim of the tooth mug, indicating it hadn't even been rinsed during cleaning. There were also yellowish stains inside the kettle. Before check-out, the front desk messaged us to say that late check-out was not allowed unless we gave a five-star review with photos, or else we'd be charged 30 per hour. The smart speaker could only open the curtains; closing them required manual effort. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
