Families, you absolutely have to check out this hotel! The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere, and there are tons of great food options nearby. The rooms are clean and spacious, the beds are super soft, and I slept like a log. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries are high quality. The staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, high up with panoramic views of Macau, the high-altitude scenery is fantastic. It's clean and tidy, and the bedding is spotless. The room is quite spacious. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The cleanliness was just okay. The surroundings are nice, and there's a really good restaurant about 200 meters downstairs. The front desk staff were great, but the room design felt a bit impractical. Deliveries couldn't come to the door; I had to go downstairs to pick them up. It gets easily congested nearby, so I recommend leaving early if you need to catch a ride.

Hygiene: Absolutely terrible. For this price, you'd expect at least basic hygiene, but it wasn't even close. There was still urine in the bathroom that hadn't been cleaned, and when I opened the door, there was a strong smell of urine. When I contacted the front desk, they just said someone would come to clean it, but they didn't offer a room change at all. When we brought up changing rooms, they just stopped responding. It's truly speechless. This is the first time I've stayed in such a bad hotel, and the first time I've ever left a negative review!!!!
