Zhuhai Hengqin Port Xingledu Xinglv Hotel

This hotel offers great value for money. We initially planned to stay one night but extended our stay. The room rate included admission to the non-motorized park, and guests could even upgrade to two days. My kids had a blast! The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive. The best part is the affordable price, much more reasonable than Chimelong. The hotel service was excellent; when I couldn't find my daughter at the park, staff member Fang Yonghai immediately helped me figure out a solution and found someone to broadcast for us. I'm very grateful to him!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and the service was excellent. Liang Feimei and Zheng Diqi were very quick to arrange a shuttle to the train station. There's a laundry room on the sixth floor, which is great for business travelers, but I'd suggest replacing the detergent; the open washing powder doesn't seem very hygienic. The town itself is beautiful and a nice change of pace after work.

The hotel's decor is quite new, well laid out, simple, and elegant. I initially didn't expect much, but the outcome was surprisingly good. A special thanks to staff members Zhang Banyue and Zhong Shiying, who went above and beyond to help me arrange transportation to Hengqin Port, making my trip smooth and hassle-free. I'll definitely be back next time.

After work, there's no need to travel far; in just a few minutes, you can step into the refreshing environment of the park. Whether it's an evening stroll or trying out unpowered activities like climbing and mazes, it's an excellent way to relieve stress. The dining options are diverse, and breakfast is plentiful, perfectly meeting needs at different times of the day. ✓ Prime Location, Easy Access For those who need to travel for business in and around Hengqin, the location offers a strategic advantage. Accessing various business areas in Hengqin, Chimelong, and customs clearance to Macau is exceptionally convenient, significantly saving commuting time. ✓ Thoughtful Service, Attention to Detail Check-in at the front desk was not only efficient and quick but also remarkably accurate in understanding my needs and helping me resolve issues promptly – this was a huge plus! Special thanks to Front Desk Manager Fangfang and the front desk staff, Xiaoyu, who was on duty that day; they made me feel very comfortable! All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to all business travelers who demand quality in their trips.

Our stay was incredibly fulfilling and enjoyable. Every staff member had a proactive service mindset, from check-in to our visit to Starry Wonders. The staff clearly explained all the activities and provided us with a helpful map. The Starry Night event, which only happens on Saturdays, was absolutely delightful. We're planning to come back and try a different room type, and we're definitely getting an annual pass next time. It's great value for money, and the annual pass even includes free parking.
