Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay

We chose this hotel for a family trip to Zhuhai for our child's birthday, and it exceeded our expectations! They helped us decorate the room for the birthday, provided gifts, and even upgraded our room for free, along with a complimentary bottle of red wine – so many thoughtful touches. The staff, especially Lucy and Crystal, were incredibly friendly and polite, making us feel right at home. The upgraded room's private pool and hot spring bath were also fantastic. Breakfast was unique, with dim sum available à la carte, and it tasted great. Overall, I'd say this hotel is a top luxury contender in Zhuhai. It's very new and modern, yet beautifully combines the charm of the 'blue sea and golden sands' with cultural elements. Definitely worth a stay, and we'll be back when we can!

The hotel service was fantastic! Cecilia and Ella provided five-star service and made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was also excellent! Both adults and children had an amazing time and didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back!

Cecilia provided excellent service! The new Chinese-style decor is very fresh and modern. Room service was incredibly fast, arriving within 30 minutes. Parking is free. Breakfast is à la carte, all Cantonese dim sum, not spicy, and very fresh, made to order. Surprisingly, they even offered white wine at breakfast, which is quite rare! Looking forward to seeing Cecilia again next time – she's great. The first round of the mini-bar is complimentary, featuring Godiva chocolates, premium beverages, and a take-home toiletry bag. The only downside is that Zhuhai's sea is an inland sea, so the water is a bit yellow, but that's not the hotel's fault. Overall, it was fantastic! Five stars!

Banyan Tree Zhuhai, five-star review! This hotel is perched on a cliff overlooking the sea, boasting a modern Chinese aesthetic that's elegant, understated, and luxurious. The lush greenery within the hotel is beautiful, and every detail of the decor creates a picturesque scene. The infinity pool and outdoor hot springs are fantastic – just remember to bring your swimsuit and swim cap. The room is nearly 90 square meters, very spacious, with high ceilings and complete, user-friendly facilities. The balcony features a private hot spring, and soaking in it while facing the sea is absolutely incredible! Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options and is served until 11 AM, which is perfect for those who like to sleep in on vacation. Special shout-out to Casey and Crystal for their meticulous and thoughtful service.

Staying at the Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay was an absolute delight! The setting, nestled between mountains and the sea, is stunning. The Lingnan water town architectural style is charming, with lush greenery and water features everywhere, creating a tranquil and healing atmosphere. The room was incredibly spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering direct sea views, including a glimpse of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The private hot spring on the balcony was fantastic; soaking in the tub while watching the sea was pure relaxation. The service was thoughtful and discreet. Casey and Crystal were so welcoming and handled a spilled drink from my child very quickly. We also received a hand-cleansing ritual and welcome tea upon arrival – the attention to detail was impressive. Breakfast was abundant, and the freshly made Cantonese dim sum was delicious. Luckily, I live in Zhuhai, so I can invite friends to come back for dim sum next time – it was truly wonderful! The infinity pool and private beach are also picture-perfect. Overall, it was a luxurious yet relaxing experience, making it my top choice for a vacation in Zhuhai. Highly recommended! It would be even more amazing on a day with good weather.

For the May Day holiday, I chose to stay at the Banyan Tree Zhuhai Phoenix Bay, and it was a truly delightful experience, especially the decoupage bag and fridge magnet workshop led by Stella from the recreation department. It felt like a very special, ritualistic coastal getaway. The hotel is nestled in Phoenix Bay, backed by mountains and facing the sea, offering a serene and tranquil environment. Its design beautifully blends local charm with elegant aesthetics. From my window, I could enjoy stunning sea and garden views. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, perfect for unwinding and a slow-paced vacation. Stella was wonderfully gentle and explained everything with such patience and detail, guiding us step-by-step through the entire process. Whether it was choosing patterns for the decoupage bag, the pasting technique, adjusting the bag shape, or selecting colors and refining details for the fridge magnets, she offered practical advice. The activities weren't difficult at all, and even beginners could easily complete them. The crafting materials were of good quality, and there was a wide array of patterns to choose from. The finished decoupage bag was both beautiful and practical, while the fridge magnets were small and unique. With the personal touch of being handmade, they make perfect souvenirs for the May Day holiday or thoughtful gifts. Crafting in the hotel's peaceful setting, accompanied by the sea breeze and lush greenery, was incredibly relaxing and deeply therapeutic. It's definitely a memorable experience from this holiday that I'll cherish.

The hotel environment is great, the sea view from the room is beautiful, and the service is even better. The Chinese restaurant's food is also delicious! 👍 Plus, there are various gifts.
