Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay

During my trip to Zhuhai, I booked three hotels, and the last one was Angsana Zhuhai Phoenix Bay. This hotel generally maintained the high standards of a branded hotel. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast spread was incredibly rich. What's more, breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, and even as it was nearing closing time, all the food items were continuously replenished. The weather during the Spring Festival was perfect, neither too cold nor too hot, making it very comfortable. The only downside was that swimming wasn't possible, so I booked a room with a plunge pool. When checking in, the front desk was very thoughtful and gave us a room that was very close to both the swimming pool and the beach. We could directly access them from our courtyard, and my child had a blast playing in the sand. All our dinners were delivered to the room. I took my child to the lobby bar for afternoon tea, and my child was curious about cold brew coffee. The bar staff were exceptionally friendly and even gave us half a cup for free. Upon check-in, we were assigned a WeChat concierge. I bothered Flora and Holly quite a bit, asking them to register our license plate number. However, it seemed like there was a system issue, or it was charged anyway, but in the end, the gatekeeper didn't collect any fees. Overall, the hotel's service made us feel truly at home. Finally, I'd suggest adding more parent-child activities so that guests staying longer won't get bored.

The room was very clean and the environment was great. My kids had a blast! A big thanks to Cheryl and Holly, our thoughtful butlers who called us in advance to discuss our needs and were super responsive during our stay. Awesome!

Complimentary professional photoshoot: Good. First-day fruit (delivered to room after check-in): Apples, oranges, and grapes were provided. The butler, Holly, added me on WeChat before check-in and provided excellent service ☺. Also received a 230 RMB voucher package upon check-in (including a 200 RMB SPA voucher and a 30 RMB boutique voucher).

Great value for money! Flora provided excellent service, always willing to help with anything we needed. The complimentary travel photoshoot was also fantastic, and the photographer did a wonderful job. Definitely good value without any hidden catches.

The butler service was incredibly patient and attentive, perfect for a large family trip. Cheryl and Holly, in particular, were very dedicated and professional. Overall, it's a place I'd definitely return to. My only minor feedback is that some of the in-room facilities show a bit of wear and tear, and could use some maintenance.

Family trip. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful, the front desk made check-in a breeze, and the floor attendants were very polite! The room was spacious with a well-designed, user-friendly layout! The large balcony offered a comfortable view of the pool and the sea! Breakfast was good. The Rice Restaurant serves Southeast Asian cuisine, which wasn't quite to my taste; I preferred the Cantonese dishes. The overall design and layout of the hotel are excellent! A special shout-out to our butler, Cheryl and Holly! They added me on WeChat even before we arrived, preparing everything in advance. After check-in, no matter how big or small the request, they responded immediately via WeChat and arranged everything perfectly. I'm very satisfied with their service! And they're beautiful too! 😄😄
