Choosing the Penguin Hotel truly made our Zhuhai trip incredibly easy. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's not only close to the Ocean Kingdom but also offers a free shuttle bus to the Spaceship Theme Park, just a few minutes away. We didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The lobby is filled with childlike charm, and the giant penguin sculpture is particularly eye-catching. Check-in was smooth, and the staff even upgraded our tickets for the Kaka Tiger Theater. The room amenities were complete and thoughtful, with the entire room themed around emperor penguin cartoons. When I showed photos to my daughter, she was very envious and said she wants to come next time too. The WiFi coverage was extensive and consistently smooth. The Emperor Penguin Buffet had a rich variety of dishes. The hotel has also thought of everything around the property. On our way back after watching the fireworks, we passed a square where many women were interacting and playing games with children. There's also the Kaka Paradise, where kids can play all day, and for guests dining there, they even provide access to a platform to watch the fireworks. During this time, they thoughtfully covered unfinished meals for guests, so we had no worries at all throughout our stay. We spent three wonderful days and two nights here.

Staying at the Penguin Hotel was incredibly convenient! Check-in was a breeze, and right outside was the Penguin Restaurant with a huge variety of dishes – both breakfast and dinner were delicious. The hotel is also super close to Chimelong, and we even got in an hour earlier, which was amazing fun. The NPCs were all so friendly and we played lots of mini-games. I had an absolutely fantastic time!

The family room is perfect for families with two kids; the elder child gets their own bed, which is much more comfortable than an extra bed in a standard hotel. It's very close to the Ocean Kingdom; you can get there by walking through the corridor next to the buffet restaurant. We bought a 2-day multi-entry pass at the front desk, so we could return to the hotel to rest when we were tired and go back in the evening to watch the fireworks. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to the shuttle bus for the Spaceship Park and about a 15-minute walk to Chimelong Show. Overall, I'm quite satisfied!

The hotel offers plenty of family-friendly activities, and we even received some lovely surprises for checking in on my birthday.

The staff at the Emperor Penguin Buffet were incredibly proactive; they even offered to move my plate to a table closer to the penguins, which was a huge plus! The butler service was also very responsive, fulfilling every request and delivering items to the room exceptionally fast – highly commendable! All the service staff throughout the Ocean Kingdom were genuinely enthusiastic. You could tell they work very hard but still try their best to provide an enjoyable experience for visitors. Management should definitely give them a raise and better benefits! I highly recommend the Whale Shark Fireworks View Room, especially for families with kids. You don't have to deal with crowds, and you get to see the entire fireworks display – it's perfect! 'Chimelong Show' gets a ten-thousand-star review! The fourth-row seats in the Golden VIP G1 section were fantastic; the performers were practically within arm's reach!

There are many great places to eat near the hotel. We stayed in a Glacier Zone family room, and it was just a short walk downstairs to pick up takeout. 4. It's really close to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. We entered the park around 8 AM when it wasn't crowded, primarily to see the animals. 5. We were traveling with two boys, aged 3 and 8, so the main goal was for them to run around. Our two-day itinerary was mostly centered around the kids, so we took it easy. On the first day, we started from the left side of the park, with Dad taking the older boy on the thrill rides. On the second day, we got up early and started from the right side, focusing on seeing the animals for the younger child.

There are also plenty of children's entertainment facilities, keeping the little ones thoroughly amused. The hotel's design and amenities are clearly well thought out, ensuring comfort in every aspect. We'll definitely be back!

The elevators run smoothly with short waiting times, and the thick carpets in the hallway provide excellent sound insulation, ensuring a perfectly quiet stay. Children's toothbrushes, slippers, bathrobes, and other amenities are all provided. The room items are clean and hygienic, the duvet is super soft and comfortable to sleep in, and the linens are changed promptly. The staff are warm and attentive, actively assisting with all requests. Check-in and check-out are convenient and efficient, making it a super comfortable stay for a family vacation.

The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant was an even bigger surprise; not only could we dine while watching adorable penguins, but the food selection was incredibly rich, featuring both Chinese and Western cuisine, plus a huge variety of desserts. Our concierge even sent us the park show times, and she was always there to help with any questions. After a day of fun, we didn't have to rush around; we could quickly return to the hotel to rest, and our child could recharge for the next day's adventures. Whether it's a family trip or a gathering with friends, we'll definitely choose the Penguin Hotel again next time.

It's the most convenient for getting into Ocean Kingdom, and there's a shuttle to Spaceship Theme Park right at the entrance. The hotel service is absolutely top-notch; every staff member we met was warm and friendly. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. I have two suggestions: 1. The bathroom floor is a bit sticky, probably to prevent slips when wet. However, I'd suggest mopping it with water when guests are out exploring. 2. The hotel is quite large, and this time we stayed further inside, which meant a long walk to the elevator. It would be perfect if they could add another elevator closer to that side. Overall, the Penguin Hotel significantly enhanced our trip and is highly recommended.

We upgraded to a family room with our dinner purchase, and the large bed was quite spacious. I personally feel that for families with very young children, a family of four could comfortably stay in the family room. The service was top-notch; the butler responded promptly, and the staff were very friendly, greeting us and even helping with the elevator in the hallways. If we had any requests, they'd always try to help us out. They were so welcoming, and our child was very relaxed and well-cared for here. From the moment we entered the lobby until we left, there were always enthusiastic staff members interacting with our child, which helped him develop his social skills and feel a positive social atmosphere.

We spent two full days at Ocean Kingdom, and for our family, Penguin was absolutely the best choice for a thoroughly enjoyable time. The fireworks room offered direct views of the fireworks, and getting to the Spaceship Theme Park was also a breeze!

Staying in a Fireworks View room or as a Diamond VIP also grants you access to an exclusive check-in channel, which was incredibly fast. I'll definitely consider staying at the Penguin Hotel again on my next trip to Zhuhai!

The hotel has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were enthusiastic throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out procedures were quick and easy, with no unnecessary waiting. Checking out was especially convenient – we just dropped our room cards into the express check-out box, no queues needed, saving us time and hassle. Dining at the hotel was super convenient. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, all delicious. We were thoroughly satisfied, and even got to watch penguins while we ate, which was a fantastic novelty! The hotel's entertainment facilities are also plentiful, with the Penguin Tao Tao Happy Castle, a fitness center, and a foot massage center, catering to guests of all ages. The Penguin Hotel truly combines an excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and attentive service, making it definitely worth repeat visits! Its proximity to the high-speed train station also meant fantastic transport links, ensuring our entire trip was stress-free.
