The front desk staff were warm and efficient, checking me in super fast and proactively asking about my needs.

Very family-friendly! I asked the front desk for a baby bathtub and got it delivered to the room quickly. The staff were very polite and tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was good too! The gym equipment isn't currently operational, which is something to improve upon (though maybe I was just there too early).

I brought my family to Zhuhai this time and chose the Hilton Garden Inn at Chengfeng Plaza. The overall experience was fantastic! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic during check-in, even thoughtfully asking if we had any special requests. They were efficient and professional, kudos to the guest relations team. The room was spacious and bright, and I really loved the Hampton by Hilton's signature American classic bedding – it was super comfortable. The housekeeping attendant did a very thorough job cleaning and even proactively replenished amenities, the hygiene details were excellent. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the second floor. While the variety isn't huge, everything was exquisite. I particularly enjoyed the freshly made noodle station; the taste was very authentic. The restaurant staff were also prompt in clearing dishes, making for a great dining atmosphere. The hotel is right in Chengfeng Plaza, so dining and shopping nearby are very convenient, and getting around is easy. The soundproofing in the room was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Hot water came out quickly, and the air conditioning was quiet, so it didn't disturb our rest. It was a very pleasant stay, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Zhuhai!

The service was impeccable, no complaints there. I booked a king room with a sofa bed and a twin room. My parents slept in the twin room, and before going to bed, they found the sheets were quite dirty, with hairs on them. It seemed like housekeeping might have forgotten to change them. Although the hotel promptly rectified the situation by offering a change, as a well-established hotel, they really shouldn't be making such mistakes.

The breakfast was great, and Xiao Xin at the front desk was very friendly. Ken provided excellent service. The location is super convenient, close to everything. Zhuhai is wonderful, I'll definitely be back next year!

The breakfast options were a bit repetitive; there wasn't much variety over the four days. It could definitely use some improvement. The location was great, and the service was attentive.
