Warning! The hotel is very old, and there's a noisy karaoke bar and movie theater upstairs. The room is old, the wallpaper is dirty, the floor is dirty, and the bedding is worn out. The toilet is small, and the shower area is also small and old.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times during business trips; the location is easy to find. It's affordable, clean overall, and the rooms are well-soundproofed. There are plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, and it's very close to the light rail station. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.
