Sheraton Zhuhai Hotel

I really wanted to give this a five-star rating, but the check-in and check-out process really fell short. The wait times were long, and it felt like the front desk staff weren't very familiar with their procedures. Just today, we stayed at a five-star hotel in Suzhou, and the suite's butler remembered each guest's preferences. Perhaps because Zhuhai is by the sea, similar to Xiamen, the room had a strong musty smell. I couldn't stand it when I returned to the hotel at night and reported the issue to the duty manager. Manager Tony had an excellent attitude. He was very responsive and quick to resolve the problem. If I could rate him separately, I'd give Manager Tony five stars. The view is indeed unparalleled; it's perfect for seeing the Macau Tower and the bridge. Unfortunately, the hotel facilities are quite outdated. I hope management takes note of this.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. It's convenient for getting to Macau, and there's a Huafa Commercial Plaza nearby with good dining options. The hotel's all-day dining restaurant is open until 11 PM, so even if you return late from sightseeing, you can still grab a bite. You can see the Macau Tower right from the hotel entrance, and it's a superb spot for watching the sunrise.
