This was my second stay at the Grand Bay Hotel, and the service was just as excellent as before. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and they offer a full range of shuttle services to various ports and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. The location is also superb. The hotel environment is great, the location is good, the scenery is beautiful, and the service is excellent. The breakfast is rich, and there's a huge kids' play area on the second floor where my child went twice a day and had a blast. Right outside the hotel, you can bike along Lovers' Road, which was very pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Zhuhai. Highly recommend!

They have a great kids' play area that opens at 9 AM and is very clean. You can even get bed rails for the beds, which is a nice touch. The service overall was really good; I'm very satisfied! The rooms are spacious with great view of the water front and the Hk-Zhuhai-Macau bridge. The breakfast buffet was a little chaotic on the first morning after our arrival, there were too many people but there are quite a bit of selections for breakfast.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All the amenities were premium. There was even a Christmas message written to us by the room manager. We definitely recommend the stay!

Amazing hotel, top service by the staff. Got upgraded upon checkin with amazing view of the HZMB, forgot the name of the check in staff but she was very professional and helpful as we needed to change the room to a non-connecting doorway. Local staff Natasha(restaurant), Charles(check out) and Denis (Driver) were very helpful and professional.

The hotel service was excellent. When the staff was cleaning, they noticed eye drops by my bed. Traveling with kids, the hotel's location was fantastic, right next to Lovers' Road, with the sea and the sightseeing bus stop just downstairs. We had a slight hiccup with the room during check-in, but the lobby manager, Xiao Tan, resolved it promptly by upgrading our room. She also thoughtfully asked if we needed any further assistance.
