The only downside to this hotel is that the soundproofing isn't great. However, everything else makes it an absolute value-for-money champion! The staff and housekeeping go above and beyond to meet guests' requests, and the hotel is incredibly clean. Oh, and they even gave a cute welcome gift!

The staff member, Xiao Chen, had a great attitude. Check-in was super fast, didn't have to queue for long at all. The facilities are brand new, and the voice control is really smart. The room was odor-free and very clean. The fridge temperature was perfect, keeping things fresh, and my fruit lasted two days without spoiling. Even the hairdryer was excellent, a very new model. The front desk service was fantastic, making me feel right at home. I definitely felt like I got great value for money. Plus, the location is super convenient, just an 8-minute walk to the border crossing. I'll definitely be back next time!

I contacted the front desk and requested a newer room because my family member suffers from severe rhinitis. The staff was very thoughtful and reserved one for us. The room facilities are similar to those at a Hanting Hotel, and we had a very comfortable stay. It's also conveniently located, just a 10-15 minute walk from Gongbei Port.

The room is super dirty, many dust and full with moldy.. the toilet exhaust fan was not function, the toilet is super smelly… the location is very convenient but the room is uncertified.. so sadness,.. Destroy our mood while travelling..

The room was spacious with a great mountain view. It's only 1000 meters to the beach, and you can cycle to Gongbei Port in just 5 minutes. I went on a day trip to Macau in the morning and was back for dinner in the evening – the location is simply unbeatable! The room is a bit old but very spacious and clean. The receptionist is very helpful even though they don’t speak english. Just the help of translation from their phones. They also gave me a welcome gift when i checked in. The hotel’s location is very convenient. There’s a mall across the street and it is very near to the Gongbei port when you want to cross the border going to Macau
