🌟Zhuhai Chimelong Yinghai Apartment truly exceeded my expectations! 🏨 The opulent lobby with its warm, high-end lighting took my breath away the moment I walked in ✨. The room was spacious and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable 🛏️, ensuring a super restful stay. The surrounding amenities are excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get to Ocean Kingdom 🐬, perfect for a family trip! The staff were friendly and attentive, with impeccable attention to detail 👏. This experience was beyond what I anticipated, highly recommended! 👍

I was very happy with the room. The blackout curtains were excellent; I slept in until I naturally woke up, not realizing it was already 9 AM because absolutely no light came through. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive. The lady at check-in was incredibly patient, and the security guard was very responsible, showing us where to park. Driving to the Spaceship Theme Park, parking was also free. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and would definitely come back again.

Taking our little one to Zhuhai Chimelong and staying at the Yinghai Hotel Apartment just made our trip perfect – definitely a five-star review! The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to Hengqin Port and the light rail station. Plus, there's a free shuttle downstairs that runs punctually to and from Ocean Kingdom, a quick 10-minute ride away. The shuttle is clean and comfortable, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. The room itself was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet chic 'Instagram-worthy' design. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the mattress was just the right firmness. The soundproof windows completely blocked out any noise, ensuring our whole family got a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and 24-hour hot water was always available. They even thoughtfully provided kids' toothbrushes, cartoon bathrobes, and non-slip mats – so many thoughtful details! The service was simply impeccable! Check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and they proactively offered a children's map and cartoon stickers. The concierge communicated with us in advance about our needs and even helped us plan an off-peak itinerary. Breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, with fresh and delicious ingredients, and the staff cleared tables promptly. The hotel also boasts free parking, a 24-hour convenience store, and a gym, with facilities that exceeded our expectations. Whether it's the convenient transportation, the room comfort, or the attentive service, I honestly couldn't find a single flaw. It's incredibly good value for money, and we'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Chimelong. Highly recommend it to all families and travelers!

Is this even a hotel? An apartment? The room was dirty and smelled moldy. I paid 1780 RMB on Trip.com for a package including Chimelong tickets, and this is the kind of environment I got. Seriously, Trip.com is getting worse and worse, it's total garbage. So disappointed 💔

The Chimelong Spaceship Park tickets alone were over 600 RMB for two people. This hotel only charged me 680 RMB, including tickets and even breakfast. This price felt like they were practically giving away the accommodation. I won't comment on the room itself, as it was very standard—just a normal, clean double room. However, on the second day, there was a lot of construction noise starting in the morning, which disturbed guests' sleep. For a hotel, this is quite unacceptable, indicating poor soundproofing. Also, the breakfast selection at this hotel was limited, and the taste was very mediocre. If someone paid full price for this breakfast, they'd probably be demanding a refund. It was genuinely one of the most underwhelming hotel breakfasts I've ever had; even if it was complimentary, it's still worth complaining about.
