The front desk service was excellent, and I was very satisfied with everything. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the smart toilet could even be heated. Room service was very enthusiastic and responded extremely quickly.

The room was incredibly spacious and the smart home features were super convenient, even controlling the windows. They also graciously offered a free late check-out until 2 PM. Plus, there are so many great food options nearby. We had a really comfortable stay.

Here's my personal experience for those considering staying here: Firstly, the room is advertised as 31 square meters, but it felt like less than 24. The 'floor-to-ceiling window' shown in the double room photos is actually only in one room per floor; all other rooms just have a small window on the wall. Secondly, the bathroom is tiny. When you're drying off after a shower, you're constantly bumping into the 'smart' toilet. It's so smart that it keeps opening, closing, and flushing while you're in there. This is especially disruptive at night – after a quick pee, you get back into bed, almost fall asleep, and then it flushes again, startling you awake and making it impossible to get back to sleep. Thirdly, the pillows are so high they'd give anyone neck problems, even if you started without any. Fourthly, the soundproofing is poor; even with the window closed, you can constantly hear the street noise.

Very close to Mingzhu Station, the hotel environment is good, the room is quiet, clean, and odor-free. The facilities are complete, with a gym, self-service laundry, and even a robot to deliver takeout, offering great privacy. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and there's ample parking. Highly recommended!
