Chimelong Spaceship Hotel

The room offers a scan-to-order meal service, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel staff are exceptionally welcoming and always smiling, making our stay very pleasant. We had a fantastic experience at the Spaceship Hotel this time and would definitely choose it again if we have the chance. The hotel also provides shuttle buses to various parks, making getting around a breeze. Checking in at the self-service kiosk took only 3 minutes, and for check-out, you just drop your room card into the submarine-themed check-out box – perfect for families with kids who need to stick to a tight schedule. No worries about luggage either; you can store it and enjoy the parks hands-free. Overall, everything was excellent, and the package deal offered superb value for money. The room was very clean, spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The hotel environment was also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The ball pit is great for kids, and the breakfast at the Sailor Buffet Restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of choices. It’s also very easy to get to the restaurant from the hotel. Here, you not only enjoy comfortable accommodation but also get to experience the charm of Chimelong up close. You can quickly reach the Spaceship Park entrance by elevator, which is super convenient. Plus, the park atmosphere is fantastic, the staff are enthusiastic, and there are shuttle buses to all the different parks. The planning is well-thought-out, the facilities are excellent, and both the service and entertainment are top-notch – absolutely great value!

Check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed two days of unlimited fun at the Spaceship Hotel with complimentary drinks and endless snacks. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and they even provided welcome fruit to take with us. The service was exceptional! This is our second time here this year. For families with kids, the Spaceship Hotel is definitely the top choice! There are free shuttle buses to Ocean Kingdom, Chimelong Show, and other Chimelong parks, as well as direct buses to the train station, airport, or other Chimelong resorts, which is incredibly convenient.

The facilities are standard for a resort hotel, and the room even has a balcony. I just wish they'd provide disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom. As for cleanliness, it's the newest hotel in the resort, and the hygiene is really good. The environment is fantastic. There's a shuttle bus to Ocean Kingdom, and it runs very frequently. We almost missed the Chimelong Show. When I asked the staff, they mentioned the last shuttle was at 5 PM? The entire Chimelong Show is an hour and a half long. Does that mean if guests miss it, they can't enter? I suggest extending the shuttle service by another half-hour. That way, even if people arrive a bit late, they can still catch part of the show. There are also many takeout options nearby, though they can't deliver directly to the room. Here's a big shout-out to Zhuhai Airport: the hotel has a terminal on the ground floor where you can check in luggage early and catch an airport shuttle bus. It's incredibly convenient! Overall, the service is fine, with just one minor point: check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is before 12 PM. I could understand this during peak season, but even during the off-season, non-weekend, non-holiday period, do they really need to be so strict? While they do offer luggage storage, sometimes you just want to rest a bit in the afternoon. It would be great if they could be more flexible with the times to better accommodate guests.

Absolutely fantastic! This place is great for kids, and offers excellent value for money. The lobby is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the decor is uniquely futuristic and high-tech. The interior is grand and luxurious, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a charming, fairy-tale-like design. There are plenty of entertainment options, and the gym is fully equipped. I was truly impressed by the hotel's stunning decoration. The concierge service for luggage storage was incredibly convenient, and we could access the park directly from downstairs. There were ample shuttle services to Ocean Kingdom and other theaters, so we never had to wait, and the drivers were very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is also great, making it easy and convenient to visit nearby attractions. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the hotel's transportation links are excellent, being close to Zhuhai Jinwan Airport and Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station. Check-in and check-out were extremely efficient and hassle-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and patiently answered all our questions. I was very satisfied; the staff were always helpful, and the dining options were plentiful and delicious, with a rich variety for breakfast. The staff were very professional, the hotel's location is superb, and transportation is convenient. The shuttle buses were punctual, and the service directions were clear. The hotel-and-ticket package was also very economical, allowing for unlimited park access, which was so much fun. Self-driving was also very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces and even charging stations. Plus, the security patrols made us feel safe and ensured we had an enjoyable stay!

Traveling with both kids and elderly, we had an absolutely fantastic time. Not only were the children excited every single day, but the seniors also thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Every performance here is incredibly well-thought-out, and every detail is spot on, including the hotel service. Our customer service butler was very considerate and took great care of us. When we checked out, they even prepared a gift for the kids, and when we realized we'd forgotten it, they helped us mail it from the hotel to our home. Zhuhai Chimelong, an unforgettable and highly recommended trip!
