Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel

My child loved it and wants to stay here again next time. Chimelong Ocean Kingdom has several hotels: Penguin Hotel, Spaceship Hotel, and Hengqin Bay. Each has its unique features. Hengqin Bay's main draws are its water park and dolphins. The water park opens at 9:30 AM, and that's when the dolphins are fed, allowing for close-up viewing. The package ticket offers unlimited entry to Ocean Kingdom for two days, which is incredibly good value. Especially in the hot summer, you can get tired after half a day of playing, so it's great for kids to return to the hotel to rest and then come back the next day to finish exploring. Plus, you get one-hour early entry, avoiding the 10 AM queues at the main Chimelong entrance by using the hotel's exclusive通道. Breakfast at the hotel is also very extensive, with a wide variety of steamed dim sum, noodles, and more. Everything is of excellent quality! My child had a blast eating and playing. Hengqin Bay is absolutely massive, divided into Dolphin and Seahorse sections. Upon entering, you're almost shocked to see about a dozen counters with staff checking people in – it gets incredibly crowded! Naturally, during breakfast, two large restaurants serve food simultaneously. There was a minor hiccup during check-in, but the concierge discreetly delivered four picture books and puzzles to the children, which was a very nice touch! We also had an experience ordering takeout. Everyone waited at the takeout handover point, and we were all assigned four-digit codes, making it feel like a secret agent rendezvous – quite amusing.

Stayed here with my sister. The lobby was quite crowded with people waiting for their rooms to be cleaned, as the hotel is very popular. We were lucky enough to get a room immediately upon check-in! The front desk staff were excellent, explaining all the available discounts and even helping us purchase tickets. The room had a great view, and the breakfast view was even better! We enjoyed a fantastic buffet breakfast right next to a giant aquarium! We had a wonderful time and made some great memories. The only downside is truly the sheer number of people waiting in the lobby!

The hotel's dolphin viewing area is a unique feature, allowing close-up views of the dolphins, and the flamingo garden offers a healing sight – no need to specially visit the theme park, you can see animals right at the hotel. The buffet restaurant offers a wide array of dishes, catering to both adults and children, with an abundance of seafood, hot dishes, pastries, desserts, and fruits. The dining environment is spacious and uncrowded. Our room was quiet and clean, with excellent natural light and comfortable bedding, allowing us to fully rest after a whole day of fun. The public areas are well-maintained and feature recreational spaces to let children expend their energy. The hotel's service process is mature; check-in and check-out are efficient, and all our questions were answered. Getting around to different points within the resort is convenient, minimizing travel time and effort. Staying here means you can cover dining, accommodation, and entertainment all in one place without constantly switching venues, making for a truly relaxed and enjoyable holiday.

The resort grounds are vast with excellent landscaping and scattered water features. You'll find a dolphinarium and flamingo island right within the complex, offering delightful sights even during a leisurely stroll. The water park is fully equipped, with an indoor heated area suitable for all weather conditions, and outdoor beaches and various water facilities to meet different recreational needs. On-site safety measures are well-maintained. The buffet restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, including both northern and southern Chinese cuisine, with a complete range of seafood, cooked foods, desserts, and fruits. Some dining spots even overlook the aquarium, providing a novel dining experience. The guest rooms are tidy and clean, with ample space and well-equipped bathrooms and toiletries. The hotel's public areas, including the garden paths and lobby lounge, are impeccably maintained. The staff are friendly and efficient in handling requests, with basic services like luggage storage and directions being very well provided. Getting to the various recreational areas within the resort is convenient, saving you a lot of travel time. Here, you don't have to commute between your accommodation and the park; rest and entertainment go hand-in-hand, making it ideal for guests who prefer a slower-paced vacation.

The hotel's overall quality is excellent, and the butler service was impeccable, with staff being warm and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The entire stay was smooth, and I was satisfied in all aspects – a truly delightful experience. I recommend staying in the Seahorse area; the shuttle service is very convenient, and it's easy to pick up food deliveries. Next time, I'll definitely stay for three nights; two nights wasn't enough time to enjoy the water park, which was a bit of a shame.

My stay at the Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel in Zhuhai completely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is a magnificent European-style castle, grand and imposing on the outside, and every photo taken gives off a wonderful vacation vibe. The hotel's huge integrated water park was truly the biggest surprise of my stay! The water area is vast, and the water is clean and clear. Lifeguards are always on duty, so I felt very safe. Floating on the water, with the sea breeze, I felt completely relaxed. Adults can chill out, and kids can play to their hearts' content – it's really enjoyable. The park grounds are lush with greenery and kept very clean and tidy. It's super convenient to get to and from the Ocean Kingdom from the hotel, saving a lot of hassle with travel. The staff are friendly and the facilities are comprehensive. It's perfect for family trips or short getaways. Staying at the hotel means you can enjoy the park and the water park all in one place, which really enhances the whole experience. Next time I come to Chimelong Zhuhai, I'll definitely choose Hengqin Bay Hotel again. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling here. And honestly, the hotel's French toast for breakfast was incredibly delicious! I'm still thinking about it!

Overall, the hotel experience was great. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and very extensive. As a Chinese-German family, we were very impressed with the selection and quality of the Western breakfast options – it exceeded our expectations, which was a pleasant surprise. The water park is quite friendly for younger children. All in all, it was a very good stay, and we would definitely come back.

Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel is truly a five-star paragon! The butler service is incredibly attentive, even arranging a late check-out for us. They're also super quick to respond to any issues, which really made us feel warm and at ease. The hotel lobby is magnificent and opulent. Even though it wasn't our first visit, every stay brings new experiences and feelings. The on-site dolphin pool is a great place to relax after a day of fun, and the water park facilities are so entertaining that you won't get bored even if you stay at the hotel all the time. The food options inside are quite delicious and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be staying at Hengqin Bay Hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel, really gave us that vacation vibe. They kindly upgraded us to a family room, which was very spacious. The shuttle service to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship World was super convenient. The hotel's water park was a blast; the kids didn't want to leave! The hotel itself is worth spending a whole day at. Next time we're in Chimelong, we'll definitely consider Hengqin Bay again.
