Hilton Garden Inn Zhuhai Hengqin Sumlodol Park Reviews

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and there aren't many takeout options nearby. Otherwise, there are no real downsides; the price is very reasonable for what you get. It's also not far from Hengqin Port. Bill and Wendy at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also decent, with all the essentials. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Zhuhai.

My stay was very pleasant, and the service was definitely the highlight. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the housekeeping team, was very polite. Cira provided excellent service and helped us upgrade our room. The breakfast selection was quite basic, and the room's soundproofing wasn't great, but overall, it offered good value for money.

I stayed here once in 2021, and this time I brought my child with me. The facilities are still well-maintained, and the stay was very comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and the bedding was comfortable. The service attitude was excellent, and it's convenient for dining and getting around (about a ten-minute walk). Overall, I'm very satisfied and recommend it for family trips.

Overall, it's pretty good. In recent years, it's been my first choice for accommodation in Zhuhai. Charging and battery swapping are convenient. Aside from the slight inconvenience with dining, the overall match is quite good.

Amazing stay. The room is large and cozy. We are lucky enough obtaining free room upgrade to premium mountain view room. Just nice for family with young kids. Their staffs are friendly and super helpful especially Wendy.

Cira and baron very good

Facilities: The facilities are complete and well-equipped, and the room even has a dehumidifier! Plus, there's a bathtub! And a really large balcony! The only minor downsides were that the air conditioning, even on the lowest setting, wasn't quite cold enough and felt a bit warm, and the water pressure for showering was a little low. The bedding was super comfortable! And the hand soap and shower gel smelled amazing! Cleanliness: Very clean! Environment: Quiet, near the scenic area, and with mountain views. Service: The service was exceptionally good! We noted I was pregnant, and they upgraded our room, which was spacious and well-ventilated, perfectly meeting my needs. They also proactively offered me disposable toiletries! When we left, they even gave us a small souvenir gift.

The room isn't huge, but it's clean and meets standard four-star expectations. The big plus is its close proximity to Chimelong Spacecity, and the surrounding resort environment is quite pleasant. The downsides are that amenities in the immediate vicinity are a bit limited, and there aren't many takeaway options.

I specifically chose this hotel for its quiet atmosphere. To be honest, the location isn't the most convenient; it's a bit far from the main commercial areas, so getting a taxi or going shopping isn't as straightforward. It's really best for those who prefer a relaxed, slow-paced trip and don't plan on moving around too much. The biggest highlight is the fantastic natural environment surrounding it. There's a lot of greenery, and the air is incredibly fresh and clear, without the noise and pollution of the city. The breeze in the morning and evening is wonderfully refreshing, and the overall vibe is very peaceful and serene. The room itself was standard but very clean. There were no dirty spots or overlooked corners, and no strange odors upon check-in. The bedding was neat and dry, and the soundproofing was good. It was very quiet at night, with no disturbances from outside, ensuring a high quality of rest. The in-room amenities were comprehensive, the Wi-Fi was stable, and hot water was always available – perfectly adequate for a regular stay. The hotel only offered hotpot for meals, and takeout options were limited, so I had to take a taxi to eat out. As for the service, it was understated. The staff were friendly and down-to-earth, and they handled things efficiently without any fuss. If you're not looking for a bustling location and simply want peace and quiet, fresh air, and relaxation, this hotel is truly a great fit. My overall stay was very relaxing.

Nora and cira very well

Great experience. Highly recommend.

This stay was a great experience. The room was spacious and well-maintained overall, clean and tidy. The view was a huge bonus, with an expansive and comfortable outlook. You can also hike nearby Xiaohengqin Mountain, which has a moderate difficulty and is suitable for a light family trek. It's especially great for family trips, and I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Hengqin.

The hotel room was decent, all the basic facilities were there, and breakfast was okay too. Thanks, Daisy!

Booked this hotel for a family trip to Zhuhai with my child during the Chinese New Year holiday, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in Hengqin District, offering a tranquil environment. There's a bus stop right outside, and Didi (ride-hailing) is readily available. Plus, there are plenty of shared bikes for rent near the entrance. The room was clean, bright, and very spacious. The breakfast buffet had ample dining hours, and the food perfectly suited our northern family of three. The staff provided excellent service; hotel staff even helped us with our luggage from the car upon arrival. There's an amusement park for kids right next to the hotel, which my child absolutely loved. It was a very pleasant trip overall.
