Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel Reviews

Amy at the front desk was very attentive. The service attitude was excellent, and she resolved the issue very quickly.

Isa took such good care of our family. She was so gentle and thoughtful. We had a wonderful time in Zhuhai, and choosing this hotel was a great decision. The environment is lovely, the view is gorgeous, and the location is very convenient.

Ricy added us on WeChat on the day of our check-in and was very attentive to our needs throughout the stay. She even messaged us quite late at night, which made us feel so warm and cared for. The location is fantastic, we had a wonderful time, and we will definitely stay here again next time!

Overall, my stay at this hotel was a delightful surprise, and I must give special praise to Isa and Amy from the Guest Relations team. Throughout our stay, whether it was answering our preliminary questions or assisting with various minor requests, both of them provided prompt responses. They were polite and courteous in communication, diligent and responsible in their work, and never brushed off our inquiries. Whenever issues arose, they patiently coordinated and offered appropriate solutions. It was genuine to see that they weren't just going through the motions, but truly putting themselves in the guests' shoes, with their attentiveness shining through every detail. It was precisely because of such professional and warm-hearted staff that our stay was made infinitely more enjoyable. The hotel's hardware facilities are already great on their own, and coupled with such impeccable service, the overall experience was simply top-notch. If I visit this area again in the future, this hotel will still be my top choice. Wishing Isa and Amy all the best in their work!

Our stay at Renaissance Zhuhai was beyond expectations! Lynn, the Executive Lounge Manager, provided incredibly attentive service. From proactively communicating our needs before check-in to offering thoughtful recommendations for food and wine pairings during our lounge visit, her warm smile and quick responses were consistent throughout. She even discreetly prepared a little surprise for our anniversary, which made us feel incredibly touched. Lynn's professionalism and genuine warmth perfectly embody the Renaissance service spirit. Five-star rating, absolutely!

Isa provided excellent service; she was warm and generous. The facilities are comprehensive, hygiene is top-notch, and the environment is very pleasant. Plus, there's free parking, and a shopping mall (Universal City) is conveniently located upstairs. I'll definitely recommend it to many friends and will return next time with my family. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and the bedding was very good and comfortable.

Renaissance Zhuhai Hotel | Because of the service, this trip was perfect! 💯 Isa Amy at the hotel provided excellent service. She was prompt, thorough, and very polite in her replies. She decorated my room for my child's birthday and even sent a small cake. I booked an executive grand suite and called ahead to request a high floor, and all my requests were met. There was a slight hiccup: the room wasn't ready until 5:30 PM. I was a bit tired, but Manager Fulbert was incredibly good at managing guest emotions 🫶. Seeing that we had waited a long time, he immediately came over to comfort us and quickly offered me and my child some small compensation, which made me very happy, haha. 🛏️ The executive grand suite was spacious enough, with a great layout. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely top-notch. The executive lounge also had a fantastic layout. During the National Day holiday, there were even children's craft activities. The amenities plus the service made the value for money truly excellent. In a nutshell: it wasn't just a simple "stay for a night," but an incredibly comfortable and well-cared-for accommodation experience.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. Isa was particularly attentive, patient, and professional. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here. The environment was clean and tidy. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time. It was a great experience, and they were very kind to children! o(^▽^)o❤️(o^з^o)💞

To be honest, I booked it specifically because it's a Renaissance, but I was a bit let down. The overall vibe was very mediocre and didn't feel like a Renaissance hotel at all. The breakfast was the only satisfying part! Also, the pool area has a kids' pool and a hot tub, but the stone slabs around the pool are broken in places and uneven. My husband even scraped himself and bled, though it wasn't a major issue so we didn't make a fuss.

Booked this hotel on the first day of the National Day holiday. Check-in was very efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. We could even see the Macau fireworks show perfectly from our room. The hotel is directly connected to the adjacent mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. Overall, the experience was fantastic.

We stayed in an executive room during the National Day holiday, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful scenery, especially the view of the Macau fireworks from the executive lounge on the 20th floor – absolutely stunning! Even though the hotel was packed during the holiday, the room and restaurant service was attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich and delicious. Highly recommend!

Isa was incredibly kind, gentle, and thoughtful. She even gave a little gift to our child, which was a lovely gesture. Her warmth added so much to our trip, and we had a wonderful stay here. The hotel's location is also excellent. We absolutely loved it!

Super nice hotel with a great location. The hotel connects to the shopping mall, which makes it very convinient for the guests. We were impressed by the quality of the services that the hotel provided. The hotel staff from the reception desk to concierge counter, & the bell boy even the house keeping ladies are very friendly & professional. Amy at the front desk was very helpful too! It is definitely a great hotel that must revisit!

The hotel's location is great, it's very clean, and the environment is top-notch. The rooms are tidy and hygienic. All the hotel staff are very friendly. There are plenty of facilities for children. Jhin was helpful with the room upgrade, and Isa gave gifts to the children.
