Zhuhai Haiyang Mima Meisu (Hengqin Port Branch)

The room was adorable and perfectly suited my child's taste; out of all the accommodations, my child specifically picked this one. The staff were friendly, and the room was kept very clean. Because it's a split-level room, the soundproofing upstairs was also pretty good.

Everything about our stay was great. My child really loved the room layout, and the soundproofing was excellent. The complimentary breakfast wasn't pre-made, which was a nice touch. When we were leaving the hotel, we hadn't booked a car in advance and couldn't get a taxi. 'Feiyu,' one of the front desk staff, went above and beyond by paying for a taxi for my daughter and me out of her own pocket. We were incredibly touched by this act of kindness, especially since we weren't the only ones having trouble getting a cab. I really want to commend this level of service!

The service was exceptional, very warm and welcoming, truly making us feel at home. The room had bouncy balls, a slide, and a swing – it was like a dream world for kids! The transfer service and breakfast were both excellent. I'm definitely going to recommend this to my friends!

The butler service was excellent. The room had a fridge and a projector, and the hotel offered a laundry room. The castle-themed room was beautiful, and the slide was a lot of fun!

The room facilities were excellent. The living room had a projector that displayed TV shows on the wall, and the upstairs double room also had a TV. Unfortunately, many programs required payment, but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a big deal. The lobby offered complimentary tea, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and our whole family slept well. They provided bath towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and a full set of toiletries, a hairdryer, and an electric kettle – everything was thoughtfully provided. If we ran out of bottled water, we could even call a robot to deliver more, which was fun! The kids absolutely loved the slide and tricycle in the room; we had a relaxed and comfortable weekend holiday. :) The location isn't close to Hengqin Port, but you can arrange a shuttle service in advance. We had convenient pick-up and drop-off to the port before check-in and after check-out. For Chimelong, they only offered drop-off, not pick-up. Customer service was quick to respond to my questions, arrange transfers, provide information on nearby dining and attractions, and book breakfast, etc. The service was attentive and satisfactory, thank you!

The room had a bubble ball pit, and a mini-fridge was available, which made the kids very happy. Breakfast was also included. We even received some game tokens upon check-in, which was a nice bonus we really liked.

The rooms were cozy and beautiful! The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, always quick to help us out with anything we needed as visitors. Everyone in my family, young and old, was super happy with our stay! Absolutely fantastic! Loved it, loved it! 😍
