This is the best hotel experience after many visits to Hengqin. The hotel environment is comfortable, backed by Xiao Hengqin Mountain, and there is a charging station in front, a good place for energy vehicles to recharge. The room is comfortable and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. There is a garden-style leisure behind the hotel, the air is fresh, and hiking Xiao Hengqin Mountain early in the morning is refreshing. I will lock in this hotel when I come to Hengqin in the future.

I highly recommend the Artyzen Habitat Zhuhai! It's just a 2-minute walk directly to Hengqin Port, making it incredibly convenient for trips to Macau and Chimelong. The rooms are clean and spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Macau. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, and the free minibar drinks are a lovely touch. The staff are warm and attentive; they even helped collect a package for me and were flexible with my check-out time, which was super helpful. The buffet breakfast is extensive and varied, and the facilities like the gym and outdoor pool are excellent. The public areas are full of artistic flair and perfect for photos. It offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai.

GGuest UserFantastic experience! The room was spotless, clean, and odor-free! Very comfortable stay! When we checked in, our room was ready on the 21st floor. We were given a room with a great view of the art center and the lake. The butler was very attentive and provided excellent, enthusiastic service. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the mall, so the location is great and very convenient! A good choice overall. The nearby wetland park is also beautiful.

GGuest UserI booked this room for my parents, and they were absolutely thrilled! They highly recommend our whole family come back again. It truly exceeded expectations. The hotel's decor is unique, and the facilities are incredibly well-equipped. The service was also excellent; they were very accommodating and met every request. We booked an Executive King Room, which not only included breakfast but also dinner and afternoon tea. The dinner was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. I was initially worried about my parents, being unfamiliar with the area, having trouble with meals, but the hotel took care of everything perfectly. Thank you so much! 🙏

DdamiaomiaoAs a frequent business traveler, I naturally hold IHG brands in high regard, usually giving them 90+ points. But when traveling with kids, you need 200% confidence and certainty, and that's precisely where the InterContinental Zhuhai excels. From the patient and friendly staff to the refreshed facilities, you'd never guess this hotel opened in 2018. It has completely defied the 'seven-year itch' common in the hotel industry. Since four of us were staying, every time we returned to the hotel after a day out, we'd find four pairs of slippers neatly arranged at the entrance, all pointing inward. They say details reveal true quality, and I believe that's what 'feeling at home' truly means. The room's amenities are excellent, of course. Highlights include the double vanity in the bathroom and the bathtub, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the endless romance of Lovers' Road. I want to extend a special thanks to Lydia, our 'service goddess,' for her comprehensive and impeccable service before, during, and after our stay. She significantly enhanced the efficiency of our Zhuhai trip, profoundly embodying the people-centric nature of the hospitality industry and upholding InterContinental's core philosophy of sincere hospitality, a tradition spanning over two centuries. As we departed, the clouds broke, and the sunlight glistened on the sparkling sea, like a shower of diamonds. It felt like nature's gift to the diligent hotel staff. Indeed, 'love given is love returned, blessings given are blessings received.' Inspired by the beautiful scenery, I penned a poem: **To InterContinental Zhuhai (tune of 'Zhe Gu Tian')** Zhuhai's special zone, ambitions grand and high, Star-rated hotels, their duties they apply. Jjuuuuuu_DoubleTree, as always, is great! The room was very clean, and it's super close to Hengqin Port, just a 7-8 minute walk. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and I didn't find any issues with the cleanliness – everything was spotless. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service attitude was very good. I'll definitely go back and recommend it to everyone! (Forgot to take hotel photos, so I put some Zhuhai pictures instead)

SShinian0520Choosing this hotel for my Zhuhai trip was definitely the right decision! The ambiance at Hilton Zhuhai is absolutely stunning. Opening the window, I could see the Macau Tower standing tall across the way, and the night view was even more breathtaking – every photo I took looked like it was straight out of a magazine. I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to Wendy from the Guest Service Center! Every time I called to ask about directions or other needs, she was incredibly patient and thorough, answering all my questions and even proactively sharing useful tips. Her thoughtfulness made me feel incredibly welcome and warm. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was top-notch; both the environment and the service were impeccable. I’ve already recommended it to my friends, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Zhuhai!

GGuest UserFor a hotel of this caliber, there's really not much to complain about, but I do have a few points: First, the windows were quite dirty. For a high-rise hotel, the window view is a major selling point. Japanese hotels are excellent at maintaining their windows, but while our hardware might be good, the maintenance isn't keeping up. Second, the in-room kettle was hidden away so discreetly that it took me a while to find it. Why aren't the capsule coffee and tea bags placed together? Do I really need to bother housekeeping for them? Third, the cocktail bar on the top floor wasn't open? I went up to the 72nd floor and it was completely dark. Also, the breakfast area was too cramped. The aisle between the food counter and the tables was only wide enough for one person. Almost all the tables were occupied. Breakfast is supposed to be the most relaxing part of the day, but it felt rushed and hurried.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay here. Reception was friendly and the man was helpful taking our bags up to the room for us. We could see the water from our room. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.

__WeChat248528****Choosing the Xiangjiang Vik Hotel for my trip to Zhuhai truly exceeded all my expectations – it definitely deserves a five-star rating! Both its convenient location and the accommodation environment were excellent. The hotel's location is impeccable; it's just a few minutes by car to Gongbei Port, and if you're not in a hurry, you can easily walk there, making customs clearance to Macau quick and effortless. It's also very close to Zhuhai High-Speed Rail Station, so there's no need to worry about catching your return train. Around the hotel, there are large shopping malls and a plethora of restaurants. If you're craving a late-night snack, there's a night market right in front of Maoye Plaza across the street, and daily necessities are just a short walk downstairs. There are also buses right outside the hotel that go to attractions like Lovers' Road and New Yuanming Palace, all for a budget-friendly 1 RMB, making getting around incredibly easy. I hadn't originally booked breakfast, but because I was in a hurry to get to Macau in the morning, I decided to purchase breakfast directly at the hotel for convenience. The selection was comprehensive, and the food was delicious. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai! It offers incredible value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai or transiting through Zhuhai to Macau.

The room was clean and sufficient, but during the first night for some reason I was not able to fall asleep. I tend to be a light sleeper and sensitive with energies - if you know what I mean. They also have bad soundproofing so you will hear any thump or voice from the hallway or the rooms next door. I'm glad it was not crowded in the hotel that day but I almost freaked out from the sudden loud noises and thumps from the next room who checked in at 3am. Simply put, I end up not being able to sleep at all, so the next morning I grabbed all my stuff and asked for a room change which the reception gladly helped me with - they even let me choose a room from the available rooms that were being cleaned (the cleaning lady was also very nice).  Soon after, I was able to rest comfortably in the new room assigned to me.  In the new room, there was a continuous knocking sound coming from somewhere but I was too tired I had to ignore it. It would be a higher rating if not for the poor soundproofing and lack of lights in the toilet - it gets dark in the toilet at night because they only use a tiny ceiling light - if you hate the dark this hotel is not for you just for this reason alone.  It felt really weird to go to the dark toilet at night even though the main room is very bright. I hope they can install more lights in the toilet and shower area especially for people who are clumsy or simply not comfortable with the dark. Lastly, don't even bother looking for the washing machine - they have one and its kept in a small unkept utility room - I changed my mind right after opening the door (Nope, not even gonna step in there). Overall, you get good value for your money but you just gotta take note of these things.  Bonus unrelated tip: The street cart that sells Stinky Tofu in front of the shopping mall sells the best stinky tofu I've ever tasted.
