GGuest UserFantastic experience! The room was spotless, clean, and odor-free! Very comfortable stay! When we checked in, our room was ready on the 21st floor. We were given a room with a great view of the art center and the lake. The butler was very attentive and provided excellent, enthusiastic service. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the mall, so the location is great and very convenient! A good choice overall. The nearby wetland park is also beautiful.

The hotel's decor is unique, and the facilities are incredibly well-equipped. The service was also excellent; they were very accommodating and met every request. We booked an Executive King Room, which not only included breakfast but also dinner and afternoon tea. The dinner was a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. I was initially worried about my parents, being unfamiliar with the area, having trouble with meals, but the hotel took care of everything perfectly. Thank you so much! 🙏

DdamiaomiaoAs a frequent business traveler, I naturally hold IHG brands in high regard, usually giving them 90+ points. But when traveling with kids, you need 200% confidence and certainty, and that's precisely where the InterContinental Zhuhai excels. From the patient and friendly staff to the refreshed facilities, you'd never guess this hotel opened in 2018. It has completely defied the 'seven-year itch' common in the hotel industry. Since four of us were staying, every time we returned to the hotel after a day out, we'd find four pairs of slippers neatly arranged at the entrance, all pointing inward. They say details reveal true quality, and I believe that's what 'feeling at home' truly means. The room's amenities are excellent, of course. Highlights include the double vanity in the bathroom and the bathtub, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the magnificent Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and the endless romance of Lovers' Road. I want to extend a special thanks to Lydia, our 'service goddess,' for her comprehensive and impeccable service before, during, and after our stay. She significantly enhanced the efficiency of our Zhuhai trip, profoundly embodying the people-centric nature of the hospitality industry and upholding InterContinental's core philosophy of sincere hospitality, a tradition spanning over two centuries. As we departed, the clouds broke, and the sunlight glistened on the sparkling sea, like a shower of diamonds. It felt like nature's gift to the diligent hotel staff. Indeed, 'love given is love returned, blessings given are blessings received.' Inspired by the beautiful scenery, I penned a poem: **To InterContinental Zhuhai (tune of 'Zhe Gu Tian')** Zhuhai's special zone, ambitions grand and high, Star-rated hotels, their duties they apply. Renheng's brand astounds, impressing all around, InterContinental's fame, its prestige widely found. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright with a simple design, and the understated decor creates a relaxing arrival atmosphere. The check-in process was efficient. The room arrangements clearly showed thoughtful consideration for families with children. The amenities were comprehensive, and the children's specific items were a very nice touch. The mattresses and pillows were just right, providing a comfortable sleep environment for the whole family. The staff proactively offered a non-slip mat and adjusted the minibar's location to prevent young children from accidentally touching it – truly attentive to detail. The dining experience was good. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and consistent quality. The Fisherman's Wharf Tea Restaurant became our go-to for dinner; their dim sum was authentic, and the fresh shrimp wonton noodles are a must-try. The restaurant also catered well to children, providing dedicated utensils and high chairs. The leisure facilities are a major highlight of the hotel. Our child went to the Water World every day, and the indoor heated pool was also a great place to relax. Evening strolls in the hotel garden have become a family tradition, and the views of the flamingos and dolphin pool helped us forget our worries. The butler service was promptly responsive and even proactively helped us check operating hours. Overall, the hotel performed steadily across accommodation, dining, entertainment, and service support, making it a satisfying choice.

Its location is unbeatable, right next to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, with an exclusive passage for direct entry. There's also a free shuttle bus straight to the Spaceship Theme Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel has a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, and the staff were enthusiastic throughout our stay. Both check-in and check-out procedures were quick and easy, with no unnecessary waiting. Checking out was especially convenient – we just dropped our room cards into the express check-out box, no queues needed, saving us time and hassle. Dining at the hotel was super convenient. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of food, and breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, all delicious. We were thoroughly satisfied, and even got to watch penguins while we ate, which was a fantastic novelty! The hotel's entertainment facilities are also plentiful, with the Penguin Tao Tao Happy Castle, a fitness center, and a foot massage center, catering to guests of all ages. The Penguin Hotel truly combines an excellent location, comprehensive facilities, and attentive service, making it definitely worth repeat visits! Its proximity to the high-speed train station also meant fantastic transport links, ensuring our entire trip was stress-free.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering stunning views of Macau. The beds and pillows are soft and comfortable, and the free minibar drinks are a lovely touch. The staff are warm and attentive; they even helped collect a package for me and were flexible with my check-out time, which was super helpful. The buffet breakfast is extensive and varied, and the facilities like the gym and outdoor pool are excellent. The public areas are full of artistic flair and perfect for photos. It offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Zhuhai.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience, deserving of praise on many fronts! Firstly, the ambiance is exceptional. Away from the city's hustle and bustle, the European-style colorful architecture nestled within lush gardens makes you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale village. The sun shines brightly during the day, and the lights glow warmly at night, allowing you to enjoy both the cheerful excitement of the park and the tranquil serenity of a retreat, truly healing all weariness. Secondly, the accommodation was wonderfully comfortable. The rooms are simply elegant, with fresh and refined soft furnishings. Opening the window reveals excellent views of either the gardens or the park. The bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is great, letting you drift off to sleep peacefully after a long day. The bathroom is clean and fresh, with pleasantly scented toiletries, showing attention to detail at every turn. Thirdly, getting around was flexible and convenient. No need to rush; you can walk to the Chimelong International Circus and Ocean Kingdom. The early access privilege allows you to easily hit popular attractions without feeling like you're constantly rushing from one spot to another. You can plan your itinerary at your own pace, fast or slow. Finally, the dining options are diverse. The breakfast spread is rich and exquisite, with coffee, tea, and full meals available, letting you savor your morning leisurely. In the afternoon, the lobby bar's afternoon tea is both beautiful and delicious. Dinner can be simple or lavish, catering to different dining needs, so you don't have to stress about finding good food. The most delightful surprise was the service from our personal butler, Shuangshuang. Her attentiveness and discretion added so much warmth to our trip! DD0282****The twin beds in the room could have been pushed together, but the carpet was too grippy to move them. The room itself was nice and I slept very comfortably. The layout was well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area, and a bathtub. I really liked the hotel's pool; the water was 29°C, so it wasn't painful to get in even in such cold weather. There were plenty of towels, and the staff provided excellent service. There's a clean and bright supermarket right next to the hotel, which was convenient for shopping. There's also a mall, but it's quite empty with only a few stores, though it's sufficient for finding places to eat. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Hengqin Port and Chimelong, but it runs on a fixed schedule and requires advance booking. However, a taxi ride there only costs about 20 yuan. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and there was plenty of seating.

AAnonymous UserWe had a great stay here. Reception was friendly and the man was helpful taking our bags up to the room for us. We could see the water from our room. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. We used the spa and sauna which was great. The gym was large with lots of equipment. Service was fast when we needed extra water or towels. Close to Jingshan mountain, short didi ride. Took the cable car up and slide down, it was fun! Would recommend this hotel.
