Ramada by Wyndham properties in Zhuhai

This hotel boasts a fantastic location. Right outside, you'll find the Chaoyang Seafood Market, and there are convenience stores and highly-rated restaurants on either side. Head out the back of the hotel, through an alley, and you'll reach a large shopping mall and countless food stalls and eateries. Upon arrival, we didn't get our room key immediately, so the front desk manager (💁🏻♂️) kindly sent us an afternoon tea set and assigned us a room with a perfect view of the Sun & Moon Bay (👍🏻). The room's facilities and cleanliness were impeccable. Just a few small suggestions 💡: 1️⃣ There's no need to change the bedding daily (if you want it changed, there's a card you can place on the bed; we didn't, but the staff changed it anyway, which felt a bit wasteful and over-cleaned). 2️⃣ The bed seemed a little short; my feet nearly dangled off the end, haha. 3️⃣ To be honest, the breakfast was quite ordinary. The coffee wasn't good and only half-filled the cup. Since the restaurant is on the smaller side, it was a bit noisy, and we often had to share tables. The variety wasn't great, and there were very few Western options. The best dish by far was the preserved egg and lean pork congee (💯).

This hotel was exceptionally clean, which was a huge relief since my child has allergic rhinitis and I'm always worried about staying in unclean rooms. But this place was super clean – the room, the bedding, and even the bathroom all looked brand new. I was very satisfied. The hot water came out super fast too, which I think women will especially appreciate. My child was also happy because we could cast videos directly from my phone to the TV using KuMiao. Some hotels I've stayed in that cost 300-400 yuan didn't even have that feature. Anyway, I really loved it! We just walked a few steps with my child to the mall across the street, watched the fountain show, and then had some absolutely delicious BBQ (the restaurant was called Baiyu). It was especially wonderful because it was my darling's birthday, and I felt incredibly happy! We had a great stay, great food, and great fun. I just picked this hotel randomly, and I didn't expect it to be so good. The only downside is that we only had one day to play before our vacation ended and we had to go back. We'll definitely come again next time, haha. The service attitude was also excellent. Although Zhuhai isn't a super famous tourist city (like Xi'an, for example), to have such a great travel experience here made me really happy! I believe if a place makes you comfortable enough to want to return, then that city is doing something very right. My child and I both agreed we want to come back next time, haha!
